How do i get all the songs from 1 album to appear as 1 album instead of 3 albums because 2 of the songs feature guest artists in my itunes library?

I used to have this problem.
First, you need to go back on iTunes
you need to go to each of the songs that are having this problem
Click the album so all the songs drop down
Right click the songs that have this problem
Click ' Get info '
Click the tab that says " info '
The box that says ' album artist ' should probably be empty (correct me if I'm wrong)
Click it and type the artist of the entire album, NOT the songs guest artist
as such,
ARTIST
JAY-Z Feat. Justin Timberlake
ALBUM ARTIST
JAY-Z
These should be separate for each artist
If you write the same album artists for each song by that artist, all the songs should be on 1 album -
I am having problems with my itunes. I have purchase an album from itunes but it has been seperated so i have 3 songs from the album on 1 album the 3 songs on another and the 1 song on another. How do i get all the songs on 1 album like it should normally do?

The music sync is one way - computer to ipod. The exception is itunes purchases: File>Transfer Purchases
It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer. Use your backup copy to put everything back.
Certainly you did not reinstall your OS without making sure your backup copy was current. -

I don't see your screenshot but I assume you're starting with something like this, i.e., the compilation split into multiple albums:
If you select all the items that you want to be in a single album, right-click > Get Info you'll see this:
As you say, in iTunes 12 you don't see a field to enter a distinct Album Artist value. You can, however, address this by clicking the Add Field button and selecting Album Artist:
That makes the field available in the metadata dialog so that you can enter the required value:
You can also show the pre-iTunes 12 version of the dialog by holding the SHIFT key when selecting Get Info - this allows you to enter the Album Artist directly: -
When creating a book in iphoto, how can I get all the photos from the album I want to use to show up in the order that they are in the album? When I tried to use the option to add my own photos instead of having the program "flow" them, they showed up all mixed up.
iPhoto puts them in the book in chronological order. So to get your photos from an album into an iPhoto book in the same order you will need to use the Photos ➙ Batch Change ➙ Date menu option and set them all to the same date with a 1 minute time difference between each.

How can I get all the stuff from my old iPad 2 to my new iPad 2? I have an apple id and have synced and backed up my old iPad 2 regularly.
Sky is right you can restore the old backup and it will not affect the old iPad
To make sure do this:
1. If you have the old one then just turn off wi-fi and the iPad (that's just for your peace of mind)
2. Put new iPad on airplane mode (just for no interruptions )
3. Connect it (while it's on, don't shut it down)
4. Follow prompts and when it asks if you want to setup as new or restore CHOOSE: RESTORE
5. It will make its magic (just wait for it to sync, restarts, and finishes) it might ask you to update software if it does just accept
6. You can rename your new iPad like that you can have a fresh back up
7. ENJOY your new iPad

1. Do the above steps 1, 2, 3.
2. On step 4 you can choose to set up as new
3. Then you can choose what to sync on it (click on iPad on the left panel then the tabs on top you choose what you want on it (you can also do that if you restore)

sometimes when i put a new cd into my itunes libray all the songs do not end up under the same icon. sometimes it will go into the library under 3 or 4 different icons (album artwork) and sometimes if there are for example 12 songs on the cd each song goes under a separate icon.this seams to happen more frequently with cd's that have different artists on one disc and not just one artist performing all the songs.
is there anyway to prevent this from happening?
is there a way to go into my library and get them put back under one icon as it should have been? i have tried drag and drop and it will not work.
thanks to anyone that can offer some helpThe sort fields should generally be empty unless you've putting in custom values to sort solo artists by their surnames. You can apply common changes to thousands of tracks at once, just don't apply the wrong change because there is no undo.
It is a good idea to backup before undertaking large scale changes. See this backup tip for a suggested approach.

I have four base tables at R/3-Side. And i need to extract them from R/3-Side.
And i dont have any standard extractor for these tables .
If i create a 'View' on top of these tables. Then it will give only commom records among the three tables.
But i want all the records from three base tables (not only common).
So how can i get the all records from three tables. please let me know
kumarYou can create separate 3 datasources for three tables and extract data to BW. There you can implement business login to build relation between this data.

I didn't get all the songs from my pre order
I pre-ordered daft punk's new album a few days ago, and today I got an email confirming it was now available for download. When I visited iTunes on my mac, it only showed 3 things in my recently purchased, I ordered all the songs in the album. I got Beyond, Contact, and the iTunes EP. Nothing else. I am hesitant to press the buy now button, because I don't want to be charged again. Can someone please tell me what is wrong?

SFound a fix, I went to "my account" and typed in my password, and hidden along the top of the screen is a message "8 items to be downloaded" then I clicked download now, and all better. Apple, please give these kinds of instructions in the email!
