If you've bought/downloaded it from the iTunes store then it can only be used on an iOS device (i.e. iPhone, iPod Touch and/or iPad) it can't be used on PC or Mac - its requirements should be listed on the left-hand side of its description page in the store

This was so annoying!! It took me a good couple of hours but i figured it out, you need to do the following: Go to the folder where you saved the download (in my case i saved it in My Downloads) -> click on 'Adobe Photoshop Elements 12' -> click on 'PSE 12' -> click on 'Setup' (select the icon which is a box with a shield) -> follow instructions and....voila! You will need to restart when it suggests so save anything else first, then when it reboots you should see the icon on your desktop....hpe this helps!

Apps from the itunes store are for ipod/iphone/ipad.

There is nothing to download.
You first must purchase the service in iTunes and let the intial scan, match and upload process complete. Then you can activate it on your iPhone by going to Settings > Music and set the option for "iTunes Match" to ON.

You don't have to take her off your account exactly: she needs to sign out from your account on her computers and devices. Then she can obtain an Apple ID at http://appleid.apple.com and use it to sign into System Preferences or Settings>iCloud.
However, there are some issue about this. If she has been syncing her calendars and contacts to your account then the data will disappear from her devices, but remain on your account. Individual calendars can be exported as .ics files and reimported into her account, but if she has her contacts mixed up with yours she will have to enter them individually in the new account (or export yours, import them into hers, and delete the ones she doesn't want.
More intractable is the email issue. She cannot move an address from your account to hers, so if she has been using a alias on your account to have her own address she cannot transfer it. She will have to create a new email address.

Using time capsule model A1409 and trying to use it as only backup. Already have Verizon wireless router. Do not know which cable port to use in back of time capsule. And also it is asking for password. Have tried all of mine and it will not work.

I have a 2TB Timecapsule and really only use it for Time Machine backups. But the Wi-Fi side is used to sync my iPad at times.
Mine is wiredup thus;
Eth cable from iMac to modem (not the WAN port should you have one), then eth cable from modem to T/Cap in the WAN port (bottom port with an O sign above it)
I believe when its connected up you may have to set up a wireless network. Follow the instructions to set up Wi-Fi and Network
and then give it a password. The WiFi icon should appear in the menu bar where you can switch it on or off.
Its been sometime since I set it with the help of Apple Techs so I might be a bit rusty.

Did you try to reboot the iPad?

I am copying audiobooks on CD to the iTunes, so that I can send them to my iPod, however I do not know how to keep all the disks that comprise a book ( sometimes up to 18 disks ) organized so that they are recognized as part of abook and played in sequenc

I guess I asked the question in the title, anyway one more time:I am copying audiobooks on multiple CDs to Itunes so that I can sync them to an Ipod and listen to them, how do I keep the multiple disks inone folder under one book title and how do I keep the tracks from intermingling with the tracks from another disk? EXAMPLE: I just downloaded one book, consisting of three CDs and I see the Track o1 information from each CD in sequence followed by three Track 02, instead of all tarcks from the first CD followed by the tracks of the next CD etc.

I have no way of following all of those steps successfully since I am about butterfingered a sthe last dinosaur and will make every mistake in the world and get frustrated with something that SHOULD be simple.
I have the three disk autobook showing in iTunes library as one title , I had to enter the dat amyself since it was not listed on the internet data base, All entries for all tracks match and I have indicated the disk number as one, two or three of three as indicated.
Yet when I sync the iTunes to the iPod I am being presented with each individual track listed in the Audiobook Menu.
I am using the latest version of iTunes and a iPod Classic 160G-- that I purchased three days ago purposefully for the converting of the audiobooks to a portable device since the Library of Congress ( NLS BARD ) books are formatted differently and the player is bulky.
Does anybody hav eany other ideas?

I will need some more info in order to help out. Are you sending these photos from a smart phone or a computer? If this is a smart phone is it an Android or an iPhone?
Some general guidelines for sending photos successfully via ePrint are:
Make sure that the photo is at least 100 DPI (Dots per inch) anything less will be discarded.
Make sure that the photos/files are not over 5MB
If sending multiple attachments that the number of attachments do not exceed 10.

Whenever i want to update my apps the iTunes box pops up for you to sign in but the account it's asking me to sign into isn't mine and i do not know how to sign in using my account

The email that iTunes wants me to sign into is my mums which is weird because my mum has never touched my ipod so i don't why iTunes is asking me to sign into her account.
I've tried finding ways to change it but i can't seam to.
Another thing is that when i download an app, iTunes manages to get the email right and the box pops up with my email account and not my mums.
Please help me change this because i cannot update my apps.

- Apps are locked to the account that purchased them.
- To update apps you have to sign into the account that purchased the apps. If you have apps that need updating purchased from more than one account you have to update them one at a time until the remaining apps were purchased from one account.
To change the login
- Go to settings>Store and sign out and sign into your account.
You may have apps purchased with her account that need updating.

TS3074 I have Windows 8.1 and am having the "error 7" problem but I do not know how to fix it

I have an HP Windows 8.1 laptop that has been having problems, so I just got it serviced. They gave it back to me without most of my programs on there. I tried downloading itunes and thought that I had successfully, but I was wrong. Since then I have downloaded itunes 5 seperate times with the same results. At first it was Error 2 talking about my Apple Application support not being found, and I found out I had to download QuickTime and that solved that problem. Now it comes up "iTunes was not installed correctly. Please reinstall iTunes. Error 7 (Windows error 126)." Also, it has an iTunes.exe-System Error. It says that "the program can't start because MediaAccessibility.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." I have been trying to fix this and would really love some help!
