HT1665 Warranty suppport in India

I am in Hyderabad, India. I have an iPhone 5 bought in the US from AT&T and unlocked afterwards. I have an Apple care pack on it valid till Nov 2014. The right speakers in my earpod are not working. Can i get it replaced in India under the same warranty?

Warranty is valid only in country of original purchase. Send the iPhone
to a friend/relative in the US for them to take to Apple for repair or
replacement and then that person can ship back to you. You are
responsible for all shipping and insurance.
Apple will not accept international shipments for repair nor will Apple
ship out of the country after replacement.
You can ask in India for assistance, but do not be surprised if they
refuse to have anything to do with an iPhone from another country.

The difference is the cellular components in the device.
If your friend had a cellular iPad from the U.S., likely they would not have repaired it in Hong Kong.

It doesn't matter if it was unlocked. It still must be returned to Canada for repairs, either in warranty or out of warranty. That's the reason it's a bad idea to buy an iPhone in a different country than the one you plan to use it in.

Warranty cover in India - curve 9320 purchased from UAE - Battery, Body and Speaker issue

Dear Team,
I bought my new Curve 9320 from UAE 3 months back. I am currently in India and facing serious problems in
1. Battery life - very poor
2. Low call volume - speaker
3. Poor body cover- shaky
4. Trouble in setting up email account
These are problems from Day 1 but was not getting right forum to address. please help. I guess we can have it replaced or fixed at BB service centre (first we need to change the region from UAE to India etc etc..) Need clear guidance on how to proceed. Thanks a ton!

You need to go and talk to the Service Center. No one here can tell you what their policies are in your case...only they can answer that. But prepare yourself for them to refuse...warranty service is very specific, and documented within your original purchase documentation. It is entirely possible that you must return the device back to the UAE in order to obtain warranty service.
But, again, no one here can tell you what that is, for no one here is associated with any of the parties involved.

i purchased iphone 5 (factory unlocked )From amazon in portland a month before and m using it in India and my iphone got a problem of flickering screen and m not able to operate this iphone ...amazon provided me a purchased bill and i think it is in 1 year warrenty right now But it is valid in US ..my question is that can i get a replacement of my iphone in india or not?

If the phone is factory unlocked you can sell it but you probably won't be able to get the warranty replacement in India.
Also, what seems to be the problem with your picture? It seems pretty normal to me, I mean you're taking a picture of the sun, of course it's going to have some glare.

Screen repair is not free at any point - that is not a manufacturing defect (which is what the warranty covers). You may be able to have your local Apple store repair your screen, but a) they are not obligated to, and b) it won't be free.

I am planning to import an Phone 5s from the US to India. Will it work properly in India? Will its warranty work in India? And can it be repaired in India?

Theoretically if you keep the phone long enough you may eventually need a new battery (we have one 2+ years and still okay with present battery). There's always a chance that anything can go wrong. It will all be on you now, even if it happens 2 months after buying the phone unless you can bring it back to the USA.
If you drop the phone and break the screen (not an unusual post here) it will need service. You might be able to find a non-Apple resource for this but Apple will never look at the phone again for anything if you should ruturn it to the USA and get a friend to bring it in for service for something that cannot be repaired by a non-Apple provider.
