You can restore the iPhone from backup on the last computer your iPhone synced with, this will allow you to reset the passcode http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1414. If you do not have access to the last computer the phone synced with, you will have to force the phone into recovery mode & restore as a new device, all data on the phone will be erased http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1808.

I'm trying to update my apps and it says that my AppleID is disabled nothing works to fix it I reset the password I did all of the fixes that are on the site nothing works.

iPhone 5s doesn't ring and goes directly to voice mail. Do not disturb is disabled. Have reset network settings and did a hard reset. What am I missing?
Call your phone carrier - that's a problem for them to resolve.

I have an empty folder and 3 .jpg files stuck on my desktop. When I drag them to the trash I am asked to enter my administrator's password. I do this but the files and folder will not delete. I have checked 'Get Info' on each of them and they are not locked and I have full read & write access. Grateful for any assistance in solving this problem.

I am trying to log on to iwork but it keeps saying that my password is incorrect. I have already reset it and entered my new password and it still is not working. what should i do?
I really can't comprehend the logic that leads to believe that password for old apple id will come to e-mail for new id. Buy may be I just misunderstood something. Contact Apple for assist with password retrieval. If you can verify yourself as account owner they may be able to help you.

Thgen the iPod needs a wifi connection to the internet and yo need another iPod, iPhone or iPad with the FindMyiPhone app. you can also yse any computer too

If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod on the iPod in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone and use Remote Wipe to erase the contents of your device. If you have been using iCloud to back up, you may be able to restore the most recent backup to reset the passcode after the device has been erased.
You can also wipe the iOS device by installing the FindMyiPhone app on another iOS device and using that app to wipe the device.
Via USB with any computer with iTunes and an internet connection
Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

Where are you resetting the password? On your computer, I assume since you cannot use the iPad?
Have you tried a reset to see if the popup will disappear?
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the button -

Create element at center of artboard, move to next artboard and repeat
Hey All! I've been lurking around here for quite some time and i've always been able to find what i needed. Until now. =)
I'm writing a Javascript to create multiple rectangles on the center of the active artboard and then repeat for all remaining artboards. However, i'm getting hung up on how to shift focus to the next artboard. I've read about "setActiveArtboardIndex();" but whenever i try to use this feature, i get the error "setActiveArtboardIndex(); is not a function".
Here's the code i'm working with. Could anyone please tell me how to get the loop to switch to the next artboard before creating the next set of color blocks?

Thanks in advance all!woah... ok. so what you posted didn't really work (i had made a revision to that part of the code after my initial post. i realized i was dividing by two twice, so i removed one of those. as a result, i had to remove this "var posW = aBLeft+(aBRight + aBLeft)/2" and i had to add the right edge and left edge instead of subtracting).. but i removed some stuff and switched my variables and now it does work. this is what i ended up doing

I know i can put them in an array, but it doesn't seem to work when it comes time to say "if swatchList[k].name != [array of colors not to use]". I'd like this thing to be as nice and clean as possible when i surprise my boss with it.. Almost like it looks like i knew what i was doing. -
I am locked out of my iPod. I tried to update the iPod so I could download a song I just bought. Had to back up the library on my computer. After I installed the software and updated the iPod, iTunes is asking for the password for the backup, but I never typed a password. Now I can't get into my iPod at all.

If you cannot remember the email address you used as your apple ID, try iforgot.apple.com.
Once you know your apple ID, you can try to reset your password. -
I have already tried deleting com.apple.ichat.plist. What else can I do?? I had been using ichat and all the sudden it logged out and now I can't log back in. Thank you!

Can anyone help me I signed into iCloud with an email address that i can't use now I have forgotten the password I used have tried all the ones i would normally use. The problem is i am changing my phone to another provider but need to back up my stuff. Is their anyway I can change the email address? ThanksIs your phone signed into an old iCloud ID ("email address") and you need to change it to your current ID? Is so, there is a way around this.
Otherwise, you can either try resetting your password at https://iforgot.apple.com or by contacting Apple for assistance by going to https://expresslane.apple.com, then click More Products and Services>Apple ID>Other Apple ID Topics>Lost or forgotten Apple ID password, or you can back up your phone to your computer instead. To do this, connect your phone to your computer, open iTunes and go to File>Devices>Transfer Purchases. Then go to File>Devices>Back Up.
