Can anyone tell me why i am not able to receive texts anymore on my i-phone? I can send texts, and can receive texts on my i-pad, but they don't come through on my phone?
Are you referring to a regular SMS text, or an iMessage. The solution is different based on what it actually is that you are not receiving. Are these from non-iOS devices (SMS) or iOS devices (iMessage)?

I originally wrote this post to see if anyone else had come up with a solution to Apple's inability to engineer the Iphone 6 product line to be compliant with Bluetooth 4.0 that has been around for ONLY 5 years. Since you want to talk about driving while talking let's look at your evidence. 1) When you consider that the Washington Post will not admit to the number of participants participating in the study they site makes the study in valid as you cannot tell if any conclusion is statistically valid. The National Safety Council does not give what data it had or where it came from but is pure opinion- not factual. 2) When you look at your second source from Forbes- did you realize that the person who wrote it is a CONTRIBUTOR with no scientific data to back his conlusions? I happen to have be a licensed Insurance Agent for over 30 years. The largest insurance companies (who pay the claims) have not been able to draw conclusions about talking and driving as the number of incidents per million miles (determines the rates charged for coverage) have not been statistically different enough to go to state insurance commissioners to ask for rate increases due to talking and driving at the same time. The states that have enacted Hands Free Laws did so for 1 reason- if a person has 2 hands free to try to avoid an accident there is a higher probability that a driver will maintain control of their own vehicle vs. 1 hand. Can we stick to the subject- Do you think that APPLE should have made the IPhone 6 Compatible with Bluetooth Headsets and why haven't they done so yet?

Can anyone tell me why Bounce is not an option???
After completing a musical project i went to Bounce it and it was dimmed out. I couldn't click it, and Option B only gave me the rejection noise. I don't believe i have done anything different on this project than previous ones that would restrict bouncing. This is the only project i am having this trouble with though. I've looked through countless forums and google looking for an answer but found nothing. Any and all help would be appreciated!
Your audio interface reports it's available outputs to Logic. So, for example, if you have an audio interface that has 8 outputs, you'll be able to have stereo output mixer channels for Output 1&2, Output 3&4, Output 5&6 and Output 7&8, corresponding to each pair of physical outputs you have.
Normally, you'll be using Output 1&2 as your main stereo output from your mix and be monitoring from these outputs, and because of this, the menu has a "Bounce" option that is "hardwired" to the bounce button on the Output 1&2 channel for convenience.
(What outputs are connected to your amp/speaker fro your audio interface? That's what you are using as your main mix out, and you should be bouncing from the output channel that corresponds to that output, unless you have a reason to set up some alternative routing.)
Every output channel has a bounce button on the actual channel object itself. So, if you have deleted, or don't have, and Output 1&2 object, the menu option will be greyed out.
Your output objects will be labelled according to what outputs they are assigned to, or check the object parameters (select the channel and check the instrument/object parameters in the inspector). -

Can anyone tell me why this picture changes color when I try to download/upload it? It is the exact same picture I have taken from the same location. The image on the left is via preview and the image on the right is what is shows like when I try to download it. I have emailed it to myself and it shows fine on the computer and in CS4, but when I look at the download via my phone or on another computer it shows the wonky color on the right. I have checked the color space shows RGB/8 bit. Any ideas why or how to fix it? It isn't with any one specific session.... and I've tried it on both my desktop and my laptop- saved image to an external hard drive and to drop box. I've tried sending the image to canvas on demand, my email, mpxipro, POST editing- all the same result. Please HELP!! What am I doing wrong?
Most of the time you see something like that. The image in question has a color profile other then sRGB. Some image viewers/displayers are color managed and others are not. So the image do not look the same in all of the applications you use. So colors seem to change.
Try converting it to sRGB color and see if then looks the same all around. Also I think PC and Mac displays are set to different gamma something like 1.8 and 2.2
Though I'm colorblind I even see color variations. -
Can anyone tell me why my collusion .27 add-on stopped working when I updated to firefox 20 (and now 21?). I've tried removing and reinstalling to no avail. I even deleted my profile files and had firefox repopulate those automatically to no avail. And it's not the only add-on to have stopped working.

You have a choice as to whether or not applications in Lion like Word or Preview (or even Safari) save and re-open previous documents or windows... just hold down the option key while quitting a program and when you re-open it you won't get the previous documents or windows when you re-open the application. You can see this by selecting the open program in the menu bar and when holding down the option key the quit function will change to quit and discard open windows. This feature in Lion is referred to as "Resume" and is great if you want to restart an app and return to what you're doing (for example in Safari re-opening existing windows and tabs from your previous session). You still have the option to close individual windows within an app before quitting and they will not re-open when the app is launched again.
This Resume function is not related to saving your work (a word or text document for example). This is handled by Lion's "Auto-Save" and "Versions" functions. See http://www.apple.com/ca/macosx/whats-new/auto-save.html

My MacBook Pro data is backed up in iCloud (I pay monthly for 20 GB) but apparently my photos are not backed up and it won't allow me to select Photos from the list for back up. Can anyone tell me why?
The current iCloud isn't meant for backing up Macs. It's only for mobile devices.
The beta iCloud Photo Library in iOS 8 will store photos in the iCloud for access from other mobile devices for from iCloud.com. The new Photos app under development for OS X on Macs will not be released until sometime this spring. It will have the capability of storing and accessing photos from iCloud.
iCloud Drive is for sharing documents between multiple devices signed in to the same iCloud ID. When the new Photos application is released the space purchased for iCloud will be available for the photo storage system. -
