HT1688 I downloaded an app, it uploaded, but it won't update. I have tried EVEYTHING. It won't even delete
It just won't update. I have tried restarting it, I even went to my usage and I have 1.6 GB avaliable. I deleted it off of my settings and it won't go away. I have tried everything so please help me. I have no idea what else to do.

If you're in the US and have an account in the US iTunes Store, then go here and check the region:
Settings > iTunes & App Stores > tap your Apple ID: > View Apple ID > Country/Region
If you find that it is set to the correct region, log out of your iTunes Store account, restart your iPad, and sign into your account again.
If you are in Colombia, then you cannot use the US iTunes Store, and you can't use a US credit card in the Colombian iTunes Store.

does the passbook app work on the iPhone4 because I downloaded the apps for it but I continue to see the original screen for the app and I can't find passbook in my settings.
Some time in the future (Starbucks Tweeted the other day "by the end of the month") the Starbucks app will be Passbook enabled. When that time comes, you will log into the app with your credentials, select your Starbucks card, and you should be given an opportunity to add that card to Passbook at that time. From there, whenever you walk into a Starbucks the alert will be displayed on the lock screen, just slide your finger across the the alert and show your card to pay.
Now, I have not seen the new app, of course, so I am just speculating based on how the Walgreens, Fandango and Target apps work. Also, I am not sure yet if this will work in any Starbucks, or just the one that you consider your favorite, or primary location. Again, that is just based on how the other apps seem to work. We'll see. -
After upgrading my iPhone 4S to IOS 8, Opendoor App doesn't run. I have deleted and downloaded the app several times, but the problem still exists
Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Contact the developer/go to there support site
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

i attempted to update my firefox last night, and when i did it casued me to have to reinstall adobe flahplayer and adblock. When i attempted to re-download these apps i couldn't. Now I don't have adblock and I can't watch videos because flashplayer won't download. If this can't be corrected I may have to return to Internet Explorer. Can this be put right? in English

I have 3 devices on 1 Apple ID. If I download an app on 1, it appears on all 3. Can I avoid this or can I delete on 2 of them without losing it on the 3rd?
Turn off automatic downloads to stop it from automatically downloading.
You can delete from the other two. It has no effect on the others. -
I can no longer download any NPR podcasts I subscribe to.
I can download and listen to other podcasts but none from NPR.
I have tried downloading the podcasts on computers that run Windows 7 and Windows 8. Other podcasts, music etc. download fine.
iTunes version: 11.3.0.54
I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling iTunes and I have tried unsubscribing and resubscribing to the podcasts.

So I preorered an album from iTunes and now it won't download into my libraray. It says that I purchased it on iTunes, but it won't even show up in the "Purchsed" library in my account. Does anyone know what I am supposed to do to downlaod it?
If you can't enter the passcode then you have to place the iPod in recovery mode and then restore the iPod via iTunes. For ecovery mode see:

Note that this requires using the sleep/wake button. If you are not successful then there is nothing else that I know you can do. -

When i try to download 'Get album artwork' I receive error alert with (-609) I have tried to download the artwork on the advanced tab, but still no success. My computer runs Windows 7 and the alert appears in my itunes which on my computer.Can you assist?

If you use extensions like <i>Adblock Plus</i> or <i>NoScript</i> or <i>Flashblock</i> that can block content then make sure that such extensions aren't blocking content.<br />
You can see the installed Firefox extensions in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions".
Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. This will create a new library based on data in the albumdata.xml file. Not everything will be brought over - no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your albums and keywords back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one. -
When upgrading or downloading certain apps, my iPhone 5C is asking for a password to an account that's not even mine. I want this removed.
It will be an App that you personally did not buy using your Apple id ( an App purchase locks the App to the Apple id used to buy permanently, to prevent piracy )
Next time you get the message check which Apps are trying to update ,it will be one or all of those Apps -
Attempting to download Maverick it has been running for nearly 24hrs. I have tried shutting down the computer but the setup assistant keeps canceling the shut down.
Just hold down the power button for about ten seconds and the machine will turn off.
I'm not sure how fast your Internet speed is but my Mavericks downloads usually only take about 20-25 minutes for a 5.33GB file.
No telling what will be waiting for your when you power back on... call back if you can't login to your computer.
