I need help I just updated my phone and created a password for my lock screen well I locked my phone and tried to unlock it and my password will not work.. How can I unlock it?

Did you by chance have photo stream turned on? If so then they might be there. When you restored your phone it deleted everything and they will be unretreivable from your computer.

If you JUST updated, you may need to leave the phone connected and give it time as it is still syncing even though you are able to use your phone. That is part of the new OS, the ability to use your phone while it is processing in the background. If that's not the issue, try what the previous reply suggested. That's what worked for me when my music appeared to be in my iPod, but would not play.

Just ran a Malware scan and a list of suggested fixes, before I let it autofix is there a way I can send the list to be sure these are safe to correct?

I installed the updated Malwarebytes Anti Malware and ran a full scan. I got a few items I understand some in the registry keys but it also gave me a long list of possible problems all related to Firefox/Mozilla. I had hoped there was a way to send the list to Mozilla to see if these are real problems.

To import pictures from phone to computer you do not use itunes (you only use itunes to put them back on the iphone). Your computer should recongize the iphone as a camera capable device and allow you to import pictures.
If on a Windows > click start button > click computer > and under computer there should be your iphone listed > right click on it and hit import pictures and videos

I too added 2nd apple ID when I tried to get Free app from apple store just to get to NONE on the credit card needed. It said it sent confirmation email to my new apple ID email that I have to confirm. Problem is I can not get to the new apple ID email account. On my ipad it logs into my original email account and I see no where to log into another email account. If I go to my laptop, the new apple ID I created does not let me log into email where apple said it was sent to. It did not send to back up email account either.

It sounds like you have a hacked/unofficially unlocked iphone. When you update, it will indeed lock it back, as it should.
The ONLY place that can legitimately unlock an iphone is the carrier to which they are locked and no U.S. carrier does this.

Have you tried deleting the account and re-adding it on the phone?

A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.

Additional Info - after working on this problem for 4 hours, I shut my laptop in frustration and took a break. 1 hour later I opened my mac and the cursor had magically returned. No restart, no power on/off - nothing. Frustration. If anyone else has had this happen and has actually fixed the problem let me know. I'm sure it will reoccur.

I've tried everything, but is there any way I can get rid of this annoying problem? The bottom line is that I'll stay away from apple, because they basically make it so the devices control you, and you don't control the devices. I've even jail broken to try and fix this. I need my USB drives to work as they have many folders. Formatting doesn't work, so it is definetly down to the software and it's restrictions.

The camera connection kit is to be used to connect a camera or an SD card and transfer photos/video. You can't fault them for something that happened to work and doesn't any longer. There are drives like the seagate available if you need access to extra storage

Connect the iOS device to your computer and restore via iTunes. Place the iPod in Recovery Mode if necessary to allow the restore.
