I bought a new iphone today Att store couldn't actvait it cuz the internet was working to slow at the store the guy said i can take it home and try it there. well i did and its stll not working. can you please help?

I'm trying to activate my new iPhone 5c. Thought I did everything I needed to do but it's still saying it's not activated. Also, how do I deactivate my old phone (LG Cosmos).

I'm trying to setup my new iphone and the Apple ID it asks for is my friends old Apple ID that she no longer has access to. How can I fix this so I can use my new phone? The first step asks for my iCloud info but then asks for my friends after I agree to the terms.
The iPhone is new, has never been used. When asked if I want to set it up as a new phone, restore from an iTunes backup, or my iCloud backup I selected iCloud. It then askes for me to sign in with my Apple ID, I then agree to the terms, then it asks for me to sign into my friends Apple ID. She and I have used each other's computers in the past so I assume this is where her information is coming from. The problem is she no longer had that email or Apple ID and has no way of gaining access to it and therefor I am unable to proceed.
I suppose my question is, how can I remove her information from mine so I can setup my new phone using iCloud. Also, I have already checked my Apple ID online and nowhere on my account is her information listed. -
when trying to activate iCloud on iPhone and iPad I get "account not verified... check your email." Can't verify account on either device.

Put in a request for another verification e-mail to be sent to you.
Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account.
Also check your Mail rules and filtering, the verification mail may be going to a junk folder or even being deleted altogether. You may also wish to contact your mail provider to see if their spam filters are removing the email before it gets to you. -
Trying to activate a second iphone and itunes doesnt recognize
I am trying to activate a second iphone, and itunes doesnt recognize that it is plugged in. This is also the case with my other iphone and my itouch. Tried restarting everything and also tried uninstalling itunes and reinstalling it, nothing has worked. Is there a way to fix this or another way to activate the phone?
Try activating it on a different computer, and using a different dock connector to USB cable if possible.
If that doesn't work, it may be a hardware problem. Take it to your Apple Store for testing. -
Can someone please tell me how to activate my new iPhone. I bought it from the at&t website and they are no help.
I have owned every iteration of iPhone there is, and Apple has NEVER charged for activation. What on earth are you talking about here? Describe your problem in more detail.

Trying to activate my new Iphone 4s, saying it won't connect to my wi-fi
I just received my new iphone 4s (first iphone ever) and turned it on to activate it. I tried to connect to my wi-fi but it keeps searching, never allowing me to enter my password. Tried connecting through a cellular network, but says the iphone can not be activated because the activation server can't be reached.
Not sure what the solution is here. Thoughts?

MReboot your WiFi router, and if that doesn't fix the WiFi problem make sure the firmware in it is up to date.
Also try connecting it to the latest version of iTunes on your computer with a cable if the WiFi connectivity is not fixed by these steps. -

I have a new Iphone 5 that I am trying to sync with my existing itunes account. I need to get this to sync to a different computer, than what I originally set it up on. Every time I plug it in, it takes me to my daughters itunes account, and wants to sync up with her music. How do I change the itunes account?

I have an iphone 3GS and had a lot of music in my itunes account. My computer died and will not even turn on. I finally got a new computer and a new iphone 4S however quite a bit of my music is not in my itunes when i put it on my new computer. is there any way to get that music off my iphone 3GS to my new computer? I do not have the cds anymore. Thanks.

If you do not know it or have forgotten it, put the device in DFU mode (google it) and restore as new. -
I followed all the prompts and plugged my new 4S into my desktop, everything has sync'd but I still can't make any calls. It's obviously not connecting to the network. What am i doing wrong?

I purchased a used iphone 5 on ebay which a.) had no sim card, and b.) still had a passlock code. tried to activeat the phone via itunesbut as soon as I plugged the phone into the mac, the red and green lights began flashing the the computer then shut down, and will not power back up. Any suggestions??
Return the defective phone to the seller, and hope that it didn't burn out your logic board. Make a "Genius" appointment at an Apple Store to find out whether it did.
