The dark sommuner app keeps saying purchase failed and to contact Itoons. I can make purchases from other apps just not that one. What's wrong?

In case this applies, you must have a credit or debit card on file in order to utilize In-App purchases. In-App purchases cannot be made from the balance of a redeemed iTunes gift card.

Did you follow the instructions in the message and contact Apple, which you can do through iTunes Store Support. If Apple have asked you to contact them, then the issue can only be resolved by them.

I tried to purchase Roadsync 5 full version costing US$ 3.89. After I pressed 'Confirm' button, it displayed some error and was thrown back to app selection page once again. Unfortunately when I checked online balance, $ 3.89 has already been deducted from Mastercard.
So I went to ovi.com -> support -> contact us page. That page has few mandatory fields including "Language". The dropdown combo box has no language options listed and hence I could not submit the issue.
Anyone can tell me where to look for failed app store purchase and hope contact us page gets corrected soon.Go to Ovi Store > My stuff.

regarding not being able to make an in-app purchase: all it says is that i can't make In-app purchases at this time. Any suggestions? I'm new to the apple world. I just switched from an Android today.
Contact iTunes store support for this. Go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ and click the blue link next to the green shopping bag. Follow the steps and send them an email explaining your issue.

Just updated my I pad 2 and some of my apps are dim and say waiting. Is this something that takes a long time or could something be wrong?
That means they are in the queue to be updated.
If everything is working it will depend on the speed of your wifi connection as to how long it takes. -

If your problem persists get yourself a micro USB cable (sold separately), you can restore your Apple TV from iTunes:
Remove ALL cables from Apple TV. (if you don't you will not see Apple TV in the iTunes Source list)
Connect the micro USB cable to the Apple TV and to your computer.
Reconnect the power cable (only for Apple TV 3)
Open iTunes.
Select your Apple TV in the Devices list, and then click Restore. -
