HT1688 iPhone stuck in non stop reboot after downloading iOS 6

I was finished downloading iOS 6 on my iPhone and it restarted and started installing. Over half way through the installation the phone crashed and then started to constantly go to the apple logo and crash and repeat. It won't sync up with iTunes no matter what I do! I have absolutely no idea how to fix this and it is making me VERY angry! I've only had this for less than 2 weeks!

  • Why does my iPhone become so lag and slow after downloading iOS 8?

My iPhone 5S and iPad Mini Retina Display become so lag after after downloading iOS 8. When i open an app or press any button, it response very slow. For instance, opening a Facebook app take about 30s for it to load, answering a phone call take half a seconds to response. Not only that, my iPad keep restarting when I am FaceTime-ing about 3 minutes. This update has got me so frustrated! It is so unstable!

Close all open apps by double-tapping the home button, then swiping up and off the screen with the app window (not the smaller icon).
Reset your device: hold down the home button along with the sleep/wake button until the screen goes black and you see the Apple, then let go. (No data loss)

  • Why won't my iphone 4s sync with my mac after downloading ios 7 and updating iTunes?

ive tried to sync my iphone to itunes but the sync keeps failing

Your iPhone will act as a camera, in iPhoto.  Open iPhoto, and you should see your iPhone listed in the left hand column, under "devices".

  • My iPhone 6+ keeps rebooting after installing iOS 8.3

I have a 128Gb iPhone 6+. When I downloaded and installed iOS 8.3 via WIFI, it went through the usual download sequence and then started continually rebooting. After about 20 or so reboots, I got a white screen with a carrier signal on the top left, a location icon and a grayed-out bluetooth icon and the battery level indicator on the top right, and a curious "information" icon (a letter "i" in a circle) at the bottom right of the screen.
I tried tapping on the "i" but got no response. Then the iPhone went into the reboot cycle again. After several reboot cycles, I got the same white screen again. Then the iPhone again started rebooting and hasn't stopped.
My iPhone 6+ has been problematic since I installed iOS 8.1.2. Several random reboots (about 4 cycles, before the iPhone returned to "normal") and some other issues that I didn't document.
I brought the iPhone to the nearest authorized Apple repair center. They said that they could not find any problem and neither could they duplicate the issue I experienced. They recommended that the next time reboots happened that I should make a video of the error. Also, they recommended that I keep all of the apps updated (which I conscientiously do). So I decided to make a log of all the errors since the iPhone was returned to me.
Here are the entries to my log:

I Have the same issue on a brand new iPad mini 2. My battery is only lasting up to 5 hours. I went on chat with Apple last night and they said my battery is fine and its a Safari issue. I'm literally losing 1% every 3-4 minutes. I tried recalibrating my battery, signing out of iCloud, shutting off all locations, turning off background app refresh, restoring network settings, restoring all, and finally restoring from iTunes with no luck. This is just awful. I got this iPad so I could use it on my long flight for a trip I have coming up, and unfortunately, it's not going to last that long, plus I'm concerned about how many times i will be recharging my battery because of this since battery's do have a life cycle dependent on the number of charges. This is frustrating and needs to be fixed ASAP and addressed by Apple.
By the way, Apple told me to bring my device to the Apple Store because it's still under warranty. That's great and all, but I'm going to waste my time if there is no fix for this issue.
Ok so you want Apple to address the problem, but yet you don't want to take it to them just in case they can't fix it? What if they can fix it? Complaining here certainly won't fix it.

  • Whay mi back kamera on 4s stop working after uppdate iOS 7.1

Whay mi back kamera on 4s stop working after uppdate iOS 7.1

If you have been using the Camera app try quitting the app like I describe below then reset the iPhone.
Double click the Home button to show the screen with running and recently used apps. Each app icon will have a sample page above it. Flick up on the page (not the app icon) and the page will fly away and the app icon will disappear. This quits that app. Then First thing to try is to reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.

  • Hi I am just after downloading ios 5 to my iphone but now the apps on my phone won't open or work? Any ideas as to why? thanks.

Hi, I am just after downloading ios 5 to my iphone but now the apps on my phone won't work, even the free ones. Have tried deleting and reinstalling but it asks for credit card details even for the free apps. Any ideas as to why this is happening? Thanks

If it is asking for account details then it might just need you to confirm your account before it lets you proceed. Maybe the terms and conditions changed since last time or something like that. Try signing into your Apple account in iTunes on a computer first to check that. Then restart the phone and try again.

Hi Chris.  Thanks, for the suggestions re: my email issues.  They were helpful and yes I did check all items you referenced.  I even contacted Apple support and spent about 40 minutes on phone checking all settings.  However, after all these efforts, my mail and calendar issues were not resolved.  Apple Support finally recommended deleting the mail account and then reloading it - and it worked!  I am now receiving my emails and calendar appts. in real time again.
Just wanted to share this in case anyone elest has a similar problem with mail/calendar after downloaing i.O.S. 8.1 onto iPhone 5.
    Thanks, again.

My Verizon 16 GB iPhone 4 Camera is fine. It is even located on the lock screen.
What may have happened is they may have moved your icon to another location. But check the lock screen. There should be a camera icon next to the slide bar. Just press the camera ico and slide it UP

after downloading ios 6, i want to restore my iphone 4. does the original software download when restoring the phone

Downgrading of any version of iOS isn't supported by Apple. If you search the web, you'll find instructions that may work, but you're on your own should any problems arise. For many people it goes without problems, but for some it's reportedly bricked their devices.
If you haven't done so already, try restoring your iPhone as a new device, not from a backup, and run just with the included apps for a bit and see how it performs. Cache corruption or incompatible software can cause performance and stability issues. No guarantees, but it's worth a try to at least try to identify what's causing the problems, iOS 6 itself or something you have loaded.
    Regards.
