My phone's battery got drained while playing games and now it wont open if i connect it to my charger,?.what can i do? my phone was given to me as a gift from the a relative in the US and im from the Philippines. How can i fix it? Do i need to bring it to any apple center to have it replaced? or is there a quick fix to this problem?...

Keep iPhone on Wall Charger for 10 minutes, it may turn ON itself. If still OFF, keep on Wall Charger and Reset, hold both Home and Power buttons until the iPhone begins to start, this can sometimes take about 20 seconds time of holding both buttons while on charger.

If wjosten's tip doesn't work try plugging it into a USB charger (not through your computer), wait about 30 seconds and it should come on. If it doesn't remove the cord from the phone and keep trying this. I've had this same issue and found a combination of the reset & charging cable tends to work. Sometimes it takes about 5 minutes for the phone to respond.

Hello! So, my iPhone 4s fell down and now it won't open. I've tried to turn it on by holding simultaneously the home and lock button but nothing happens. I've plugged it in to its charger but all it does is vibrating constantly. Any suggestions?

Clean the charging port.
Charge using the supplied wall charger, not your computer.

Battery slowly drains when playing games

When I am playing games on my Macbook Pro (15', 2.4GHz) or performing other intensive tasks, my battery slowly drains. This is especially bad when bootcamped into XP at which point it will drain if I simply have the brightness of the screen up past half way. I was just playing Age of Empires 3 and upon quitting saw that my battery was at 13%. The laptop once shut off completely while I was playing Bioshock. Is this normal, and if not, how do I fix it?

When ever i try to play games on my iphone 6 plus 16 GB the back of the cover heats up immediately. I had updated the OS to 8.1.3 and resoted it from itunes as per the advisor suggestion from Apple but no solution till now. As pointed out its because the processor is being used hard which in turn generates heat. Any computer will do the same thing. Do you have a case on the phone? If so remove it. The heat can dissipate quicker. There's nothing wrong with the phone or software.

I got a brand new ipod touch 5th. i backed it up and now it won't turn on. Why? what's going on?

I bought a 5th generation iPod touch. everything was working fine. until I tried to back up my music from iTunes. it said it would restart after "backing up" and it didn't. this is the second iPod this has happened to. I left the last one on the charger and plugged in for a whole night and half a day. and it still wouldn't turn on. So I returned it thinking there was something wrong with it internally since I got it at Wal-Mart . now it's happening again and this time I just went to the apple store to since it was the most reliable place to get an iPod but it's still happening . how long am I suppose to wait? or am I doing something wrong? All the iPod information is showing up on iTunes. and it's all up to date.

- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

HELP! Synced iphone and now apps won't open

I just finished syncing my iphone and I also downloaded and update (4.something...) and now when I try to click on one of my apps it will open for a half a second and then the screen shuts down and goes back to the home screen. Do a clean (re-)install:
* Download a fresh Firefox copy and save the file to the desktop.

* Uninstall your current Firefox version and remove the Firefox program folder before installing that copy of the Firefox installer.
* Don't remove personal data if you uninstall the current version.
* It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
* It may not be necessary to create a new profile, so first try if it works with your current profile and if not then create a new profile.
Your bookmarks and other profile data are stored elsewhere (not in the Firefox program folder) and won't be affected by a reinstall, but make sure that you do not select to remove personal data if you uninstall Firefox.

Are the charger nd cable original Apple parts or third-party? There have been a lot of problems ith third party cables and chargers since iOS 7 - checks for compatibility with Apple specs.
Try another charger and cable to see if that makes a difference.
