HT1689 Asking for security answers I've never added as questions
Hi, wonder if you can help. I've been using my gift card balance for app purchases and suddenly it won't let me buy any further apps. Get a login message followed by a security request for fist teacher and first concert I ever attended. I never set these. Tried skipping them and tried setting answers but it won't let me, tells me I'm wrong. Any ideas?
You don't bypass them (they are security questions after all) you answer them.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed, filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

i just went to buy an album on itunes but because ive never purchased anything on this computer its asking for the answers to my security question, but i can remeber them? what do i do!?

Without a rescue email address, you can't reset them yourself. Nobody on these boards can reset them for you.

You need to contact Apple to get the questions reset. Click here, phone them, and ask for the Account Security team, or fill out and submit this form.

backed up my old i-phone 3 to my computer. tried to sync new i-phone 4S to computer to restore info. It is asking for a password. I never assigned one. How do I get to my info????
iTunes will recognize your new phone as a different device from your old phone. Do you have any information on your new phone that you want to save? Restoring to the backup of your old phone will overwrite your data and settings with those of your old phone. If you want to save any data on your new phone, you'll need to do this first. After doing so, connect it to iTunes, right-click on the name of your phone on the left side and select Restore from Backup, when prompted, selecte the backup of your old phone to restore from.

It's a security feature that was brought in a few months ago - when you try to purchase something for the first time on a new computer or device then you will be asked for the answers to your questions (or to set them up if you haven't yet created them).

iphone is disable contact itunes. I downloaded blacklist app. my phone locked and when I would slide to unlock it asked for a password. I never created one. I tried several passwords and they were incorrect. so it disable my phone and gave the message to contact itunes

Again, is the printer finding your routers SSID? Input the password for your network and connect. You need to be much more detailed on your setup and troubleshooting steps.
