Did you follow the instructions in the message and contact Apple, which you can do through iTunes Store Support. If Apple have asked you to contact them, then the issue can only be resolved by them. -

Can't purchase anything, keep getting error message.
Since upgrading to iTunes 8.1, it won't allow me to purchase anything.
I get the message "We could not complete your iTunes Store request. The requested resource was not found."
Am I the only one getting this message?The #1 culprit of not getting into the iTS after an itunes upgrade is security software blocking the new itunes version, and not telling you.
Go into Norton, McAffe, XoneAlarm, Kaspersky or whatever it is you have for security software. Take itunes out of the list, save, and put itunes.exe and itunesHelper.exe back into the list. Save it again, then try ITS. -
