I received a gift card for Christmas and it says it was not properly activated...she has a receipt...how can I get the credit ???

If the store that it was bought from is close by then you could try going back and asking them to activate it properly. Are you able to take the card back to the store that you bought it from and ask them to activate it properly ? You don't go to the drop down "Actions" menu to reply to a post. You find the post to which you would like to reply and you hit the "Reply" button. You then type your message and then hit the "Add Reply" button to post your reply.
