HT1689 Downloaded song loses audio halfway during playback. Can anyone help?
I have a MacBook Pro OSX 10.6.8. I've just downloaded 2 songs from Itunes. They seem to download okay. When I try to play them, they're all okay until about a third of the way through and the audio stops. the bar continues to move along, but no sound comes through. I've tried deleting them from PURCHASED and re-downloading them. Same thing happens. Can anyone help?
If they've re-downloaded in the same state then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find those songs and use the 'Report a Problem' link.

The figures you mention only make sense on your intranet. Are you still using the same wireless router. The verizon one is somewhat limited as far as max wireless-n performace. For one thing it only has a 2.4 radio. I like many people who wanted wireless-n performance before they even added a wireless-n gigabit router, have my own handling my wireless-n network.

I have an IPhone 4 and downloaded 12 songs from the Itunes store on my phone. I want to burn a CD but when I go into my ITunes on my desktop which is Windows XP there are only 7 listed not the 12 I bought. Can anyone help me find the others?????

Why it's like that I don't think that Apple have said (these are user-to-user forums). If you haven't downloaded it on your iPad then have you checked to see if you can download it on your computer's iTunes (Store > Check For Available Downloads menu option) or Apple TV ?
If it doesn't show on either of them then you can try contacting iTunes Support and see if they will let you download it on a different computer/device or refund or credit you : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

I downloaded Netflix from the App Store and it won't show up on my iPad and when I go into the store it says downloaded and open but it won't open. I tried deleting it and reinstalling it but I can't figure out how to uninstall it either. Please help

CS6 design and web premium, looking to download it but not working?? can anyone help?
I have purchased the CS6 design and web premium at amazon and have had trouble downloading it. First i needed the correct processor, such as a minimum of Snow leopard or 10.6.8. I need help getting started because nothing is working for me? If anyone has any input please let me know. Thanks!

I can't find an app that is already downloaded and installed on my iPad. Can anyone help me?
My 5 year old has somehow hidden the Netflix app. It shows that it it installed at the app store but I cannot find the app anywhere however it is listed in the settings. Does anyone now how to find the app and get it back on the screen?
Is it hidden via an app age rating in Settings > General > Restrictions ? If not then you could try a reset and see if it shows after the iPad has restarted : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

I am using IMovie '08 and am in the process of creating a Project. I have arranged a number of video clips, Title Clips, and a couple of Still Images - using Transitions in between each. I have also inserted an audio track from iTunes .m4a "AAC" music file. When I run my cursor over the clips in my Project I hear the video camera audio (talking) as well as my inserted music file - but when I select the Play button (either one) the Project plays fine but there is NO audio at all. Any Help ???? Am I missing a simple step somewhere ?

Basically got a new laptop and went on iTunes to find them and they say 'purchased' but there is no download link or cloud anywhere.
Copy the ENTIRE iTunes folder from the old computer or the backup of the old computer to the new computer.

Be sure you backup your files to an external drive or second internal drive because the following procedure will remove everything from the hard drive.
Boot to the Recovery HD:
Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
Erase the hard drive:
Select Disk Utility from the main menu and click on the Continue button.
After DU loads select your startup volume (usually Macintosh HD) from the left side list. Click on the Erase tab in the DU main window.
Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Click on the Erase button and wait until the process has completed.
Quit DU and return to the main menu.
Reinstall Lion: Select Reinstall Lion/Mountain Lion and click on the Install button.
Note: You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest using Ethernet if possible because it is three times faster than wireless. -
I have paid for itunes match and have now lost all my music off my iphone except what I paid for from itunes, 964 songs gone into the cloud. Can anyone help please?
Enabling iTunes Match does not delete music from your computer. Why do you think it is now not in the iTunes library if it was before? If all of your music was in the iTunes library then it is also now in the cloud if iTunes has completed it's scan and all the music meets the match requirements. Enable the iCloud Status column in the iTunes browser by switching to Song view and pulling down View > View Options. Select iCloud Status then close the small window. Sort on the new column. Your music should be listed as "purchased," "matched" and "uploaded." Some tracks may be "ineligible." Post back and let us know.
