After upgrading my iPad2 to iOS7 Ican not connect with iTunes and App Store

Problem foud: date and time settings (general settings) was set to "not automatically adjust". Changed it to automatically and the right date and time appeared. This solves the connection problems !

    This works for some users. Not sure why.
    Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

    Hi. Since i've updated my ipad 3 to 7.0.2 i can't seem to download and update apps. I've tried signing in but it won't let me. :( Is there a way to fix this? I don't want to restore to factory default since it will wipe out some in-game purchases.
    I already power started my ipad several times,, and sometimes when i power start, the sound changes, its so annoyingly loud!  Like the click sound is squeaking. Its like broken blown speaker. But it goes away when i restart.
    I don't think it's my internet connection, because i can surf smoothly with other devices. Please help me with this. :(

    Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
    You will have to re enter your Wi-Fi password.
    Then restart the iPad.
    Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, then swipe the slider to power off.
    Then press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
    Then try logging in to the iTunes Store.
    If that didn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
    (no data is lost due to a reset)
    Then try again.

    My 3gs phone has stopped connecting  for apps, itunes, app store. I believe it may have something to do with the IOS6 install. Safari seems to be operating though.

    When fist setting up your new iphone you will be asked to log in with an apple id and password. If this did not happen you can then do as you suggested going to settings to itunes and app store and add your apple id login. This apple id login must have already been created for the iphone to accept it. If this apple id is already created but is not being accepted by your iphone you then should shut down your iphone and restart the device.

    What happens when you try?
    Have you tried restarting or resetting your iPad?
    Restart: Press On/Off button until the Slide to Power Off slider appears, select Slide to Power Off and, after It shuts down, press the On/Off button until the Apple logo appears.
    Reset: Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10-15 seconds).
    No data will be lost.

    I was having this issue too, it was always asking for the passcode even though the setting was on for iTunes & App Store. To fix it I turned it off and then back on again, it asked for my password and then it worked.
    Steps:
    - Go to Settings -> General -> Touch ID & Passcode -> Touch ID
    - Disable iTunes & App Store
    - Re-enable iTunes & App Store
    - Enter your passcode one last time
    - It should work
    Also as others mentioned, under General -> Restrictions -> Require Password might need to be set to 15 minutes.

    Every since I've upgraded from snow leopard to mountain lion. I've have had problems. Let me list all that I've done:
    1.I've reinstalled the mountain lion operating system.
    2' Replaced my hard drive.
    3. Clean installed and migrated my files
    4. Now I can't connect to the app store for updates, nor do I have a headphone connection.
    5. I've call apple care many , many times. They appear to be stumped,. I'm waiting on a response.

    The headphone is another side issue. It's not related.  Since reinstalling, I lost the ability to connect to my extended speakers through the headphone outliet.

    Since updating my 2G iPod touch to iOS4, I have been unable to connect to iTunes or the App Store. The device can connect to my wifi and Safari works, albeit significantly slower than before, but when I try connecting to either iTunes or the App Store, all that appears is the word 'loading'.
    None of the settings on my router have changed from before the update and I have tried rebooting, restoring the device and the router but nothing has worked.

In reading some of the help topics it says when you go into Store it should automatically show your account name after syncing with Itunes on your computer but mine doesn't show that.     If you're on 3G, then that's your cellular data.  If iTunes works over wi-fi, then there's no reason it shouldn't work over 3G.
    Quit & relaunch the app, restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new.  Test the issue after each point.

    It sounds like what you're trying to do is manage the music on your device manually.  To do this, the checkbox to "Manually manage music and videos" needs to be checked. This article has specific instructions for doing that:

    I Got an iPad air 2 yesterday and had no problems downloading apps. The pad has been synced to my phone. Today I am unable to download apps on either devise  Tried logging out of iTunes on both but now can not connect to iTunes and do not receive an error code.

    Thank goodness it's not just me.   I also have tried everything from previous forums and nothing works. I logged out and cannot log back in.  Even changed password to no avail.  How can we find out if this is an Apple problem.
