HT1689 How can I get my  itunes gift card balance to me?

I recently received a ITunes Gift card and I "redeemed" it. My credit balance states the same amount but I cannot find where to look to see if I have already used the $15.00 up on it and I have purchased a couple more songs. On my Purchase page it is showing that they have put some clharges on my debit card which was supposed to go to the gift card . Where can I find "support help" to resolve this question? Is there a number I can call them at?  Please help someone. Greatly would appreciate it.

    Whether you can get an iTunes gift card depends upon what country that you are in - they are not available in all countries and they are country-specific, they can only be used in their country of issue and only onto accounts that are based in that country.     Sorry, but it's quite possible that you can't. If there's an Apple Store in the country to which you want to give the gift, you can call them ask ask if they'll accept a Canadian credit card for a gift card purchase to be shipped to an address in the relative's country. If they won't, then you'd have to find an independent reseller in that country that carries iTunes gift cards who could accept your credit card, and there may be none.

    Sounds like you live in Canada and are buying apps. Gift card in Canada can only be used for music and movies, not apps. The apps will use the credit card instead.

    You can't from Apple, they don't let you buy iTunes gift cards with an Apple Store gift card. You could see if a different store in your country might let you (though they possibly won't), or try selling the card to somebody e.g. family, friend, eBay etc
