HT1689 manage devices tab not in my account information

I do not have the "manage devices" tab on my account information page.
I am trying to add our families iphones to one store account.

That section will only show if you have devices or computer associated to that account - to associate them you need to use iTunes Match or automatic downloads on them, or redownload past purchases on them : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4627

    The "Manage Devices" button is not there because you don't have any computers or devices enabled for automatic downloads.  After following the steps contained in the link below, the button will appear in your account information page.

    The Function not found error is thrown when the OS can't provide the pointer to the function in the library to LabVIEW for some reason. For more information and common solutions see:

    The only reason I can think of why the first time it works correctly is that the DLL is not correctly clean-up by the close functions. Thus causing a second request for the pointer to fail due to this. (closing LabVIEW will remove the DLL form memory and thus probably clearing the error).

    You can't, except by seeing if they are using services associated with the account.  You could, for example, launch Find My iPhone on iCloud.com to see what devices appear (which obviously wouldn't show devices not using Find My iPhone).  Similarly, you could go to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage to see what devices appear on the Backups list (which won't show devices not using iCloud backup).

    I am running iTunes 10.4.1 64 bit.
    Need to deauthorize a device. According to the web link attached there should be a "manage devices" button to do so but there is not.

    And I take it you have authorized at least one computer or iOS device for automatic downloads from the iTunes in the Cloud Beta?
    Here in the UK we don't have options for Music as yet.
    My best guess is that Manage Devices button isn't there because you don't have any devices registered so far.

    We have 2 apple tv's hooked up to our network, and usually there is no problem. However recently the tv's are being located under 'preferences' but there is no device tab where they should be showing up. Appreciate the time and help.

  • ITunes accepts password for initial login but not for Match, account information or automatic downloads

    Hello all,
    I have an iMac with 2.0 Ghz core duo running Snow Leopard 10.6.8 and the latest iTunes 10.5.1.  iTunes will accept my initial login for purchases and access to the iTunes Store.  But if I attempt to access my account information, enable automatic downloads or iTunes Match, I get a login window that states, "Sign in required."  I enter in the correct password but iTunes does not allow me further access.  It just keeps giving me the same login window over and over.  It does not state that I have entered in the wrong password.
    I have attempted a few remedies, all without success:
    1.  Preferences>advanced>reset warnings and reset cache then restart.
    2.  User>library>preferences.  Placed plist preferences for iTunes in trash, then emptied trash.  Restart.
    3.  Reset password.
    4.  Trashed iTunes application, emptied trash.  Downloaded new copy of iTunes 10.5.1.  Restart.
    5.  Delete SC folder and restart computer.
    None of these attempts have fixed the problem.  I run the same software on my MacBook with a 2.4 GHz Core 2 Duo and I have full access without any problems on that computer.  The only problem is with the older iMac.
    Any tips or solutions would be most appreciated.

    Well, no I haven't heard from Apple yet. But I'm slightly embarrassed. When I was told there was no way I could combine accounts, the friendly Apple lady suggested I change the ID on the old account to be similar to my new ID. I did that (and promptly forgot about it). Until just now. Once again, I'm able to update my Apps, but it's still annoying you can't combine accounts.

  • Need to redownload LR 5 but I do not know my account information.

    I bought Lightroom 5 a year ago. My hardrive recently crashed. I want to re-download LR 5 (the stand alone product) but I cannot find my account information. I have downloaded the creative cloud app to my new computer. But it wants me to buy LR all over again or subscribe. The only thing that I can find as proof is my bank statement for $149.99 from a year ago for a receipt for payment from Adobe Systems. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated!

    I just noticed this in my iTunes also. My "New" iPad is identidied as iPad 2. Can't remember if it has been this way since I purchased on Mar. 17th. When I just saw this I thought OMG I have an iPad2 but I am guessing it's a glitch. Would be interesting to find an answer though. You'd think a company like Apple would be on top of this.

    After configuring OS X server. I try to access the URL for enrollment, the site will not coming up. Say cannot connect to server. Anyone have this issue?

    Please launch the Applications > Utilities > Terminal.app tool on the server and issue the following non-disruptive diagnostic command:
    sudo changeip -checkhostname
    The output from this command will provide some information on the host name and network, and then whether DNS is correctly configured or has issues.  If your DNS has issues, you'll need to address those before working with the web server or any other services; OS X Server (and other servers) tend to get wonky when DNS isn't working.
    With a server, you'll want to have a real and registered domain.  If you don't have that, then a bogus name can be used — that's not something I generally recommend, but it does work for folks just getting started — and you'll want to avoid using .local domains for your DNS, or any domain names you don't have permission to use.
    Your client(s) will also need to be using your DNS server(s) on your LAN for host translations, and not sending DNS translation requests directly to your ISP or other off-LAN DNS servers.

  • Tls certificate option is not visible in account information

    I am an internet service provider and we have changed our server settings recently.
    I'm trying to support a customer who is using Apple's Mail App for his email.
    We are both Running Mountain lion 10.8.2 and both running mail 6.2 (1499)
    On the Accounts panel in mail preferences in my Mail there is a pull down menue for  TLS certificate but
    there is none in his.
    I have verified every setting and he can recieve mail but not send it.
    The only difference that I can see is the missing TLS dertificate option in his Prefs.
    Any thoughts?

    I have a similar problem. In the menu to chosse a TLS certificate the one I need to choose doesnt show up. The certificate is in my computer when I search in the keychain Accses and I have been asked to decide to Trust this certificate (which I accepted of course) but it doesnt show in the account configuration.

    Yes.  Just sync them to the same iTunes library.  iTunes will keep track of each so you can put what you want on each.  I do this with a 3G and iPad2. Note that each device will have it's own backup.

    Apparently you already configured your account but you don't have nor the key or the password. You can get the password in the [https://account.services.mozilla.com/forgot following link] but you would need the Sync Key to sync your device to the rest of your devices.
    If you don't have the Sync Key the best thing you can do is to reset it, by deleting the previous account and creating a new one with the same user. You can perform this tasks from your [https://account.services.mozilla.com/ account dashboard].
