HT1689 "Please contact I tunes support to complete this transaction" I keep getting this message when I make a purchase from a poker app, despite making a purchase from same site 24 hours ago, I even changed credit cards, still able to buy music
I keep getting message " please contact iTunes support to complete this transaction", very frustrating it worked 24 hours ago from the same app. I changed credit cards, re typed in the security code for the credit card. Ironically was able to purchase music within I tunes as a test, then kept trying to purchase again and would not work from an app. Not sure what to do, about to give up. If anyone could help or direct me t some further support areas it would be appreciated, thank you

I downloaded the free trial of Final Cut Pro X. It has expired, and I am trying to pay for the app now, but I keep getting a message saying "please contact I-tunes support to complete this transaction". Then another message comes up saying "We could not complete your request. There was an error in the app store, please try again later. (100)". Then in the backround, a new safari window pops up and is trying to connect to the i-tunes store, but never does.
I have no problem logging into I-tunes or the apple store with my user name and ID. I can download songs from I-tunes as well. Just not sure if this is a common problem or notHi Dan ...
I downloaded the free trial of Final Cut Pro X.
Delete the trial version then try purchasing the app.
You need to use a utility that will not only delete the app but all the associated files > Download AppCleaner for Mac - Uninstall your apps easily. MacUpdate.com
If you still see the error 100 try here > Mac App Store: "An unknown error occurred (100)" when purchasing -
For my game purchase cannot be success .. After I click on the icon for the purchase they will show me contact I-tunes support for complete the transaction ....for I have already contact AppleCare for assist.... And they told me is the server system down

Which country are you in, Indonesia or Australia ? You have to be in a country to use its store, and you can't use a credit card issued by a bank in a different country i.e. if you are in Indonesia then you can only use the Indonesian store and only use a credit card issued by an Indonesian bank.
For the message to contact iTunes Support, if you haven't already done so then you will need to do as the message says (these are user-to-user forums) :

- click on your country's flag
- click on the Contact Support at the bottom of the left-hand column
- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

Did you follow the instructions in the message and contact Apple, which you can do through iTunes Store Support. If Apple have asked you to contact them, then the issue can only be resolved by them. -
