I had a gift card balance on my account and I didn't want to use it so I put in my credit card. Now the gift card balance is gone. Can I recover it? I no longer have the card.

My account's balance shows at the top left of the store's page on my computer's iTunes, and by logging in to view my account via the Store > View Account menu option. On my devices it shows at the bottom of, for example, the Featured tab in the App Store app under my account id (or you can view your account via Settings > iTunes & App Stores and it should show on the screen that you are taken to)

Where did my gift money go?

I received a gift card and activated to buy that .99 cents for three months deal. It worked but now that the 3 months ended I am wondering where did the rest of the gift card money go? There's no wallet status in Spotify so I feel robbed.

1$ charge is a test to ensure the authorization of credit card. This amount is returned to customer's account.
Credit card information is not stored anywhere with us. We just have the last four digits of the credit card with us. Rest of the information is deleted from the system after use and instead a token is used which is secure and is not customer's credit card number.

Where is my GIft Card?

I was offered a $50 gift card at the time I signed with Comcast. My service with Comcast has been less than enjoyable, particularly from the beginning to about a month ago. I think I have just given up. I will tackle some of the older issues later, but I would like to receive the $50 gift card you offered me. How do I, or what do I do to make this happen? This has been a very frustrating experience and TV and Internet should not be so hard or difficult. I still have a box that needs to be sent back. I would like for you to make it a point to come pick it up. Please advise how you would like to set that up. Thank you.

A U.S card can only be used in the U.S.
Maybe you can use the card and send money to canada.

Welcome to the forum. I can understand the frustration of standing in line patiently waiting for your turn, and then to be told that you cannot purchase the item you wanted. It also sounds like the manager was not very sympathetic when you tried to explain, and I sincerely apologize for any disappointment this has caused.
To further clarify, Best Buy prohibits the redemption of any Best Buy Gift Card for the purchase of any prepaid open loop card. Currently, Best Buy sells a Visa/Best Buy co-branded prepaid card. This policy applies to any and all other prepaid open loop cards sold by Best Buy at any time. Therefore, if the gas card was not a open loop card, you should have been able to purchase it. I would appreciate it very much if you could let me know what store you visited, so I can share your experience with their leadership team for further training opportunities.

I am experiencing the same problem- I purchased a gift card from Chat and Vision, through the Skype offers website on 6th October and expected the order to go through instantly. However, I received an email with the following order code: SO448425, saying that my order was being processed and that it would take up to 2 days. However, it has been 8 days and I have not received any update regarding the order. The recipient has not received the gift card either and we have both been waiting. I sent Chat and Vision 2 emails but have not received a reply, and I just noticed that many other users have had the same experience. Do you know what's the best way to get through to them and seek a refund? Thanks so much!

I traveling in europe and I have purchased one gift card in Germany (EUR 25,00) but I don't use in app store USA ou Brazilian. How to cancel the pay? How to change for gift card USA or Brazilian? Solutions? Any idea?

Sorry, but gift cards are valid only in the country of purchase. There's no way you can use a German iTunes card in Brazil nor the US, and no way to exchange the German card for a different one unless you can find a fellow user to buy the German card from you or trade with you.
