How do I fix this error on my iPhone?

Hi Rakesh,
You have to request you Network team to add the ip address of the machine where you have installed content server to your Exchange Server.
Let me know if it works.

I have a requirement of sending the notification email to user from the stellent when he subscribe to it.To test it i logged in to content server as sysadmin.

I had set the internet configration in admin server to this values..

Unable to send email from my server to internet mail address. Labview.

I have had great success sending mail when I SMTP to the actual mail server that the email address is on. But when I try to send from my server to some other email address I get an unable to relay "email address" server response. If someone has any ideas on this I would appreciate it. I have included some information that may aid in this endeavor. (I do not want to use Active X thanks to Outlook's dislike of that)
Example:
[email protected] email to mail.bellsouth.net works fine. [email protected] email to mail.company.com works fine. [email protected] from mail.company.com gives unable to relay message. (Vice Versa)

I agree, it is ususual for an SMTP server to check the validity of the reverse-path address, because mailers could just use a invalid address on a valid domain, e.g. [email protected] The address in the "MAIL FROM:" command gives the reverse path to communicate errors and can be different from the actual sender address.
In any case, this is quite irrelevant for the current discussion, because address verification has nothing to do with relaying.
The error message:
550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for [email protected]
is completely unrelated to your:
450 Unable to find nowhere.com
Just to clarify, I was talking about address in the FROM: field of the message header, and not what is
communicated in the "MAIL FROM:" SMTP command. (Similarly, the TO: field in the header is not used for message targeting and can be anything, it can even be missing and the SMTP server still does not care. Targeting is done entirely with the RCPT TO: SMTP command which not contained in the header (the mail header is part of the message DATA). Refer to RFC 821 for further details.
You probably won't find a legitimate SMTP server that allows relaying, so the solution is to use the designated SMTP server for the particular location.

I am able to recieve emails on iphone 4s but cannot send. POP outgoing server settings all same as on PC. Error message is "the recipient,XXXX was rejected by the server". email account is hosted by GoDaddy.com

     Your issue with the iPhone's Mail Application might be due to two factors - 1. The otugoing server information might be incorrect. 2. The outgoing server credidentials might be incorrect. To change these, tap settings from the home screen, tap the Mail, Contacts, and Calendars button, tap the account you want to change, and contact Go Daddy for the correct server credidentials.

IPhone 6 is unable to send email because the sender address was rejected by the server

When I try to send emails from my Microsoft Outlook for Mac, I get a message that says "Unable to Send Email. A copy has been placed in your Outbox. The sender address was rejected by the server." I've checked all the settings (it is a POP account). I've deleted and re-installed. Any suggestions??

What happens when you go to the web based mail for your email account?
Are you able to login and send / receive messages from the web?
If so, you might need to check outgoing email settings on your iPhone
Settings > Mail, Contacts Calendars
Tap on the account you are having an issue with
Tap on the email address beside the word Account
Tap on info beside SMTP (SMTP = outgoing mail server)
Tap on the SMTP server name again.
Make sure server is turned on
Check settings & port info, password, etc.

Recently, I have become unable to send emails from my comcast email account. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the account, but get an error (Cannot send. Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. 'Sender was rejected by server', SMTP greyed out?

Today when trying to send an email I received the message 'Sender was rejected by server'. I tried deleting my account and re-adding it, which didn't work, and I tried going to the SMTP server to type in my username and password but the area was greyed out so I was unable to type anything! Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated - this is swiftly becoming frustrating since my iPad had been working perfectly until now!

Yes, I do indeed use Yahoo Mail.
I don't know how relevant this may be but I created an iCloud email not long after posting this query - I am now able to send emails once again! Does adding an iCloud account have anything to do with it or has Yahoo mail been fixed?

You have an option set that is incorrect I'm afraid.
In the Account properties, have a look at the Advanced tab, and make sure that the first option (This server requires a secure conection) is not ticked.

I have minimal [Read NO] understanding of how this all works so please bear that in mind.
Recently I have been trying to send emails from the Mail App on the iMac version 10.6.8. (I'm guessing that's snow leopard).
I keep getting the message: sender address rejected by server smtp.freeserve.co.uk.
I do not understand why this is happening.
My accounts and mail are all connected and logged in to the internet/server, there are no mistakes in my
email address or anything so I just don't understand what could possibly be going on.
Please help, I need possible problems (and explanations) and I definitely some possible solutions.

You shouldn't post an e-mail address in a public forum.
What does Mail/Window/Connection Doctor Show? If the server is red, select it and look at the Show Details box.
