I go to my wifi settings and there are no wifi networks shown. I type my wifi and password in, but it is like it is not there. My router is working fine. Whatever the problem it is with the iphone. All other devices work amazingly.

Try restarting your WiFi router by removing power for 30 seconds.
Use Settings > General > Reset > Reset network settings
Connect.

No... FaceTime is permanently removed from devices sold in certain middle eastern countries. There is no way to install it regardless of where the device is being used.

I have tried many suggested solutions(below) and nothing is working. Any other suggestions please?
- restart phone
- restart router then phone
- reset network settings
- reset all settings
- enable mac filter on router and adding the MAC address of the phone
- Airplane mode on / off
- changed channels on the router

if other devices can connect to the routers. but not your phone. i would take it to the apple store to have them trouble shoot the wireless in the phone. if you reset everything and still can't get a connection then its the phone thats the issue. just as a test. have you restored phone back to factory ? of course backing it up first ? if not i would try that. go to settings on phone. general. reset to factory after doing a backup. then try after that. but don't restore your files yet. test before you add your restore.

You should be syncing your contacts with an app on your computer or cloud service (iCloud, Gmail, Yahoo, etc), and not relying on a backup. If you haven't been doing this, start now and then restore your old backup. You will then be able to sync the new contacts back into the phone. However, you will lose all messages, etc newer thant the backup.

There is no way to consolidate iTunes accounts.
Setting up an iPhone has never required creation of a new Apple ID.
You've apparently purchased content with both Apple ID's. Sign into the device with the correct Apple ID and sync the content.

What apps were you looking for? The apps you purchased from the App store will not be there, and unless they are iCloud-enabled apps that sync documents and data with iCloud, they don't take any space in your iCloud account.

I have found a fix after doing additional research through this forum. Tech Note #328730 addresses this problem and it works for Photoshop Album 3.2 even though it was written for release 1.0.

When using this fix the Tech Note indicates:
"Imported image data and tags are lost when you re-create the My Catalog.psa file, so you need to reimport images and reapply any tags"
however it did retain the captions (at least it did for me).

Check in your Device manager under Universial Serial bus Controllers are there any items that have a ! next to it?

I imagine a ton of people are attempting to activate after the update, and the server is getting overloaded. Simple patience, maybe keep trying, and if possible, try a little later. Think of it as all those people lining up at Apple Stores + about a million more.

Try turning wifi off and back on.
Try an iPhone reset by pressing the home and sleep buttons until you see the Apple logo, ignoring the slider. Takes about 5-15 secs of button holding and you won't lose any data or settings.
Try resetting your network settings.
Try power cycling your router.

If no change after restoring the iPhone with iTunes as a new iPhone or not from the backup, the iPhone has a hardware problem with the wireless card or with something else.
