HT1695 The WIFI option on my phone is now grayed out.. What can I do?
This in turn has caused me to go over my data usage without me realizing it. I can not connect to any wifi and can only connect through cell towers. I have only had the phone for 15 months and have a 2 year plan. I really like the Apple line but I can no longer afford these data charges I am recieving because my iPhone will no longer connect to wifi. I have heard several complaints concerning this. Other than abandoning apple completely, are there any options I can take to resolve my problem?

Turn your phone off and connect your cable to the computer, but not the device just yet. Start up iTunes. Now, hold down the home button on your phone and plug it in to the cable - don't let go of the button until iTunes tells you it's detected a phone in recovery mode. Now you can restore to factory settings.

No. Without the Apple ID and password, the phone is forever useless. There is no way around that. This is an anti-theft security feature - Acivation Lock. If it could be circumvented, it would be useless.
The article i previously posted explains how to find your Apple ID and password. The fact that you found it useless suggests that this iPhone is not yours.

Probably nothing, the phone has a high likelihood of being stolen and if you try to Restore it you will run into Activation Lock. Turn it in to the local authorities.

The To Do List Items in Mail are grayed out. I can't edit or mark them :(
As stated in the title, the To Do items in Mail are all grayed out, I can't edit or mark them complete anymore. In iCal, on the other hand, To Do items are working correctly. I just upgraded to Snow Leopard and the To Do items were working fine before, but are not now.
Sorry, I should have explained it more. I had 186 To Do items in the Mail To Do section that were working fine before I installed Snow Leopard (I was able to mark them complete or incomplete, rename, and edit them). After installing Snow Leopard, half of them are grayed out and half of them are working correctly. I am unable to mark the grayed out To Do items complete, or rename or edit them. The To Do items that are grayed out are random, like, it's not all of the complete ones, or all of the ones that are in a month or so.

I know it's not the biggest deal, I just used to use Mail as my To Do thing If you know of a better app for the kinds of To Dos you see in the screenshot, let me know -
If i back up my phone due to the wifi option being grayed out it says to connect to itunes and reset my phone but everything will get deleted that wont happen if everything is in my icloud account correct
If Wi-Fi is greyed out, it is not possible to backup to iCloud.
If the device is backed up to iTunes and contacts, calendars, notes, etc are synced to a supported application or cloud service, and media and pictures are on the computer, then a restore will not cause any data to be lost. -
I have followed all relevant steps, my iPhone5 and apple TV are connected to the same wireless network, but I still cannot use airplay. When I choose the airplay option on my phone, the only option I get is "iPhone"

Try the following steps, check whether things are working after each step where appropriate, before trying the next.
Check AirPlay is turned on on the Apple TV (turn it off and on if it already is)
Check that both devices are on the same network (Settings > Wifi, on the mobile device and Settings > General > Network, on the Apple TV).
Restart the Apple TV (Settings > General > Restart).
Restart the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds.
Restart your router. (Also try removing it’s power cord for at least 30 seconds)
Restart your mobile device. -

My iphone 4s has been freezing and turning itself off and on for a few weeks now. I have reset it to factory settings and reinstalled everything, have updated the operating system but nothing seems to work. It was having problems connecting to wifi and when I tried to access the settings it freezes and can't find any connections. I have just updated the phone to 7.1 and now the wifi option is completely greyed out.
Your battery may have completely run down. When you connect it to power, leave it. It can take even up to an hour to get enough charge to get it to a useable state.
Although, I believe even fully drained, you should see some kind of indication on the screen of charging in progress, but it's very dim. -

If a restore did not fix it, you have a hardware issue--possible bad wi-fi radio.
