HT1695 Wi Fi on ipad 3 will not connect to internet - had been working until yesterday

My wi-fi was working fine two days ago and yesterday morning. It stopped working and cannot connect to internet. I have tried all that is recommended except downgrading to next level iso. Please help - I took to another location to see if it was my network, but not so. I have two other computers connected and the whole house DVR system. These items are working fine.

What does, "tried all that is recommended mean"? What have you tried?

Try a reset on both devices. Press & hold the Power and Home buttons simultaneously, ignoring the red power off slider, until the Apple logo appears. Then release both buttons. This should not affect any content on the iPad, it is similar to rebooting your computer.

Used iTunes to download 6.1.2 to the iPad Mini. It then worked for (app store and all) for 3 hours. Then wifi stopped working at all. Hurray!

I have an iPad 2 with both wi fi and 3G capabilities. I purchased Verizon month to month plan once I purchased it from the Apple store. My iPad works fine with wi fi but if I am on the road and try to use my 3G it randomly will stop working for days then suddenly will work again. And yes my account is always paid up with Verizon so I don't understand why I can't connect to Internet unless I use my wifi. Any suggestions?

Check with Verizon to see if they have good coverage in the areas where you don't get 3G.

I know my WiFi connection is working fine but I can't get the Ipad to connect to it. It was fine until I tried connecting an Airport Express using the Ipad, went through the whole tutorial and at the end I got the "unexpected error ocurred" message, I canceled and unplugged the Airport, but now the Ipad will not connect to my WiFi, please help!!

Some Wi-Fi losses may stem from a problematic interaction between Wi-Fi and cellular data connections. Numerous users have found that turning off Cellular Data in Settings gets their Wi-Fi working again.
You may have many apps open which can possibly cause the slowdown and possibly the loss of wifi. In iOS 4-6 double tap your Home button & at the bottom of the screen you will see the icons of all open apps. Close those you are not using by pressing on an icon until all icons wiggle - then tap the minus sign. For iOS 7 users, there’s an easy way to see which apps are open in order to close them. By double-tapping the home button on your iPhone or iPad, the new multitasking feature in iOS 7 shows full page previews of all your open apps. Simply scroll horizontally to see all your apps, and close the apps with a simple flick towards the top of the screen.

Since I upgraded to OS 6 my ipad will not connect to my WiFi

Since I upgraded to OS 6 my ipad will not connect to my WiFi unless I am right next to it. if i walk more than three feet away it looses connection. I have tried the brightness, resetting the network settings, changing the channel on my router...help. I have century link in Phoenix arizona. modem/router is a
ZyXEL - PK5000Z. It seems to work ok on my work wifi.
My iphone and netbook work perfectly with it. I do have an upgrade to the software on my iphone, but I fear that will loose wifi as well.

After learning I was signed out of my iMessage AND my Facetime, I tried to sign in through settings.. After several failed attempts, I reset my network settings. When the iPad turned back on, I tried to connect to my internet and it repeatedly told me my password was wrong. After many attempts at trying the password, and making sure I typed everything correctly, it would NOT connect. I have followed at least fifty websites' directions on how to fix this problem but it will NOT work.... Help?

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.

Can anyone help - my mail on my ipad will not connect to the server. My internet access is fine. How can I get my email to connect to the server?

My ipad will not connect tot he server when trying to access my mail. This has been happening since last Sunday. Some have said it is due to the latest software update. I am able to connect to the internet.
I am not having this issue on iPhone.
I checked all the settings, the wireless router in my house and at work.
I have completed a hard reset of the device.
I had our IT guy at work look at it.
He said to contact Apple....
Any thoughts?

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.) No data/files will be erased. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1430
Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.

iTunes and the App Store are two different apps/stores. I'm not sure I understand what you are trying to do. If you want to buy apps - go to the app store. If you want to but media - music, movies, TV shows - go to iTunes.
