My account has $ 27,45 but I cannot pay any new app or even update my apps because is asked to check my credit card. I´ve have never used it to purchase my app. How can I pay any new app with my Redeem as usual? Can you help me ?

I just realized that I wrote that I installed from app store originally, but I must correct that statement. I never paid for the app so it must have come preinstalled on my 2011 iMac. I was confused since the update is through the store so I assumed I downloaded it. Sorry for any miscommunication.
So to be clear, even though I have never remotely administered / accessed my computer and I no longer have ARD on my computer, it is normal to have the client update appear in my App Store. Is that correct?

Is this AppleCare you are calling? If it is, you need to call back. They are there to help you with technical issues, specifically ones with your computer. Or, are you emailing iTunes customer service?

Help - have an iTunes account on iPad for well over a year. Just bought iPhone 5 and I cannot purchase apps using my account. I am asked to verify my credit card and details but then it rejects them. They are still fine on the iPad. Any ideas?

All I want is a single email address that works - it must be quite a simple process.
I don't want to create another account with another credit card - life will just get seriously complicated then.
BTW my apple I'd is accepted for downloading free apps!!!First of all, you should always save you photos on computer like any other digital camera.
Backup on iCloud or iTunes only backup your Camera Roll. The other photos should be already on the computer.
Note: Photos are not saved in iTunes, it's only a conduit between your iPhone and your photo managing software on computer.

If you set up an Apple ID already and didn't enter credit card details because you were planning on using gift cards only, you probably set up the account incorrectly. If this is the case, you will have to enter the credit card details even if you want to use only gift cards and download free content only. Yoy will not have to use the card, but you can't use the ID without entering the card details now. You may be able to remove the card as well after the card is verified for use by Apple by editing your account details.
There is a very specific manner in which you have to set up an ID without using a credit card. You can read about it here.

If you decide to create a new ID now, you will new another email address as wel, because the email address that you are currently using will already be associated with the ID that you just set up.

Even tho iTunes is asking to confirm your credit card details, when you purchase something it will still draw from your iTunes balance first. I think it is just a security check to ensure no one else is using your account.
This happened to me a couple of days ago but i simply conformed my details and entered my card security code then itunes took the payment from my account balance. -
I would like to purchase music and when I go to purchase it asks to take the purchase from my credit card and I have a gift card that I would like it to take the money from first.
Part of the validation for credit cards is that they need to be registered to exactly the same name and address that you have on your iTunes account, which prepaid cards tend not to be. Do you have a proper credit card that you could use ? Or are iTunes gift cards available in your country so that you could try using them as your payment method ?
Until you have a valid payment method on your account and what you owe iTunes has been paid off then you won't be able to download any item from the store, including free apps (and updates to apps). -
Apple TV is on and working. Can't download a movie because it asks for an old charge card that has been discontinued. When I went into my account, all is accurate. But it is not accurate on Apple TV. How do I fix this?
Try logging out of your account on Apple TV and signing back again.

If they don't show on your purchase history on your account then have you have you added or changed your credit card details on your account - when you do then a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the details are correct and valid, which should disappear within a few days) ? Since you live in Turkey and have a Turkish credit card, that's the only iTunes Store you can use, and as has been pointed out, Apple has not been able to obtain the rights to sell music, movies and shows there. That's the nature of the entertainment business at this time, where the rights in each country are held by separate entities and hence require completely separate negotiations.
Sorry, but there's nothing you can so about this. You'll need to see if there are download stores in Turkey available to you, and if not you'll need to purchase CDs, DVDs, etc.
