HT1725 Cannot accept license agreement

I cannot accept the license agreement -- it is in an infiinite loop.  At the bottom of the Agreement the address is 1 Infitinite Loop at Apple, Inc.
Is this a virus?

Infinite Loop indeed! :-)
I'm having the same problem on my iPad and within iTunes on my Mac. It's preventing me from downloading all iTunes content, including movies and iOS apps.

  • Cannot accept License Agreement

I've recently reinstalled Windows (XP x32, SP3) and am now encountering a problem that I have never had before. After installing Acrobat Reader (8.1.2), I go to launch the program and it comes up with a blank white window (assumably the License Agreement) which I cannot do anything with. Closing this window brings up error message 'The License Agreement was not accepted. The application will now quit.' I suppose I could just use an older version of Reader, but I shouldn't have to. Has anyone encountered this problem before? Any help would be appreciated.

Since Reader is a different product, you might try that forum

  • Adobe's  "accept license agreement" pops up way too much and ruins UX

I got a work PDF today from the boss. I opened it up, and about 3 seconds later acrobat reader *shut down* on me while I was reading.
Up pops the accept license agreement box.
It pops up every day ot two for each product. It's like Adobe just can't remember that I have a valid subscription. True, I use a Mac and a Windows machine.
But stiil, the Cloud should know I'm activated and pay.
Can Adobe fix this so the experience is better ?

    Welcome to the forum.
Maybe see if something in one of these may help?

  • Cannot find licensing agreement

I have Acrobat Pro9.  I read an ad for Pro12 and took a 30 day free program.  That is where my problem started.  I decided that I did not want the upgrade and cancelled it within the 30 day period.  Ever since then when I want to open and adobe file, particularly one that I have had sent to me from someone else, I get a message that states: "Before proceeding you must first launch Adobe Acrobat and accept the End User License Agreement."  I have looked and looked and looked and cannot find an "End User License Agreement".  I can go on Adobe Pro9 and look at my own files, but not any that were sent to me.  Please, please help!

The Acrobat Pro you need to launch is the one you removed. That is a bit of a problem. So reinstall Acrobat Pro 9, should fix up Safari.

  • ITunes 10.5 won't run after accepting license agreement

I've been searching message boards for the past 2 days trying to figure out what's going on but have found nothing. I'm running Windows XP Pro. I updated to iTunes 10.5 only so I can update my iphone to IOS5. The install went fine without any errors. When the installation was complete, I double clicked to load iTunes 10.5 and it opened up the software agreement screen, I clicked agree and then agreement window disappears and then nothing, just nothing...
I have done this several times. I've uninstalled itunes and reinstalled itunes, still the same thing. Then I went drastic and I uninstalled every single bit of apple software on my computer and then downloaded new versions from the apple site and reinstalled everything only to get the same result! No matter what I do, everytime I try to run iTunes 10.5 it only opens the software license agreement screen and does absolutely nothing once you click "accept."
I've looked at all of the processes running and itunes appears in the process list once I run it but then after I agree to the license agreement, it dissappears from the process list after a few seconds.
    This is ridiculous.

Blocked by configuration: (Mac OS X/Windows)
Configure Internet Options (for Windows computers only):
Run iTunes Diagnostics. If the "Secure link to iTunes Store" section does not pass, do the following.
    Open Internet Explorer.
From the Tools menu, choose Internet Options.
    Click Connections.
Under "Dial-up and Virtual Private Networking," choose "Never dial a connection." It may not be possible to choose this if you’ve never used dial-up Internet; if this is the case, skip to the next step.
    Click LAN Settings.
In the window that opens, enable the option to "Automatically detect settings" if it is not enabled.
iTunes uses Internet Options proxy settings. Apple recommends removing proxy settings that interfere with access to the iTunes Store if needed.
    Click OK.
    Click the Advanced tab.
Scroll down to the Security section and look for the option to "Check for server certificate revocation." If it is enabled, disable it.
Look for Use SSL 3.0 and Use TLS 1.0. Make sure at least one of those two checkboxes is selected and click OK (You can select both checkboxes).
Apply any changes, and restart your computer if you modified the option to "Check for server certificate revocation" (step #11).
    Rebuild network information.
    WindowsWindows XP:
From the Start menu, choose Run.
In the Open field type cmd and click OK.
In the resulting window, type ipconfig /flushdns and press Return on the keyboard.
You should see a message that the DNS Resolver Cache has been successfully flushed.
    Windows Vista and Windows 7:
From the Start menu, choose All Programs > Accessories and then right-click Command Prompt and choose "Run as Administrator" from the shortcut menu. If Windows needs your permission to continue, click Continue.
In the resulting window, type ipconfig /flushdns and press Return on the keyboard.
You should see a message that the DNS Resolver Cache has been successfully flushed.
The hosts file may also be blocking the iTunes Store.
If you want to have Windows try to restore the hosts to default, follow the "FixIt" in How do I reset the hosts file back to the default?.
Note: Work systems may put information into the hosts file. Consult whomever is responsible for supporting Windows on your system before resetting the hosts file to default.
If restoring the defaults did not resolve the issue, you can find your hosts file at C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\ETC .
Select the hosts file. Choose Edit > Copy, and then choose Edit > Paste.
There should now be a duplicate of the hosts file named "Copy of hosts" (Windows XP) or "hosts -Copy" (Windows Vista/7).
Drag the original hosts file to your Desktop. If Windows needs your permission to continue, click Continue.
Drag the "Copy of hosts" (Windows XP) or "hosts -Copy" (Windows Vista/7) to the Desktop.
Right-click "Copy of hosts" (Windows XP) or "hosts -Copy" (Windows Vista/7) and choose Open. You may be prompted to choose the program you want to use to open this file. Double-click Notepad.
When Notepad opens, choose Edit > Select All, and then choose  Edit > Delete.
From the File menu, choose Save. Quit Notepad.
Drag the "Copy of hosts" (Windows XP) or "hosts -Copy" (Windows Vista/7) file from your Desktop back into the original location (given in step 2). If Windows needs your permission to continue, click Continue.
Right-click the  "Copy of hosts" (Windows XP) or "hosts -Copy" (Windows Vista/7) file, and choose Rename. Type "hosts" (without quotation marks) and press Enter.
Restart your computer and try connecting to the iTunes Store.

  • Can't Accept Licensing Agreement

    In trying to access
pdf files I initially get a blank Adobe Reader template then moments later, superimposed over it, a 16 article Warranty Disclaimer & Software License agreement.  Above it is a message to press the Accept button. However, there is no "Accept" button on or below the agreement.  Neither is there a "exit" button.  The only way I've found to remove the agreement and Adobe reader screens is to unplug the computer and reboot.  I now can't load pdf files that I previously successfully loaded.  After incurring the problem initially, I believe I successfully attempted to load v. 9.3 but am still having the same problem.  As a previous user, why am I getting a message to accept a licensing agreement and why no ability to accept it if I indeed no to do this again?  Any ideas and suggestions to be able to load and view pdf files once again??

If you have any video acceleration turned on your video driver, try turning it off. If that doesn't do the trick, try to uninstall and use the Microsoft Installer Cleanup tool. Then re-install.

  • Accepting License Agreement

This seems like a silly problem but it has me stumped. I recently bought a Mac Mini to use as a DVR ... so I have it connected to my TV set (SD). When I run iTunes I get the License agreement on the first screen. It runs off the bottom of my 480 lines and there is no way to get to the ACCEPT. I can scroll to he bottom with the scroll bar but it doesn't show the buttons. THere is no GREEN circle in the header to resize the window ... I can't even quit iTunes (with doing a FINDER FORCE QUIT).
Any thoughts on how to get beyond this?

This is one of the first things that I tried and it didn't work ... and I just tried it again to be be sure.....
    Good suggestion though

  • Can't find button to accept license agreement

    Just downloaded reader 9.0.

  • No scroll bar on itunes to accept license agreement

I don't know what to do. When I put my ipod in my computer and I bring up itunes, I click on the ipod link under devices. When I do it tells me to accept or not to accept a license agreement (i guess). I can't scroll over to accept. I am assuming this is the only thing holding me back from downloading music to my ipod. I have already registered it on the apple website. Does anyone have any advice?

Try increasing the resolution of your computer screen, you'll find the information on this Microsoft page: Windows XP - How to change your screen resolution

  • Not letting me accept License Agreement, so It won't run!

After installing, re-installing and un-istalling and re-installing I still have the same problem: Once the program (8.1.2) is installed (Vista system) I try to use it and the License Agreement appears, and I clic "accept" and nothing happens, then I clic "decline" nothing happens, so I close window by clicing on the "X" and a pop-up informs me the agreement was not accepted and the program will exit and does.
Any ideas what I need to do to get this to work?

  • Accept license agreement again?? It's making me lose data.

In Acrobat XI, I had several files open, filling out forms. Acrobat crashed, reopened, and asked if I wanted to recover the data I had already filled in. I did. Then, before it opened my documents, Adobe asked me if I would accept the license agreement. I did...again. I think I've agreed to that 8-10 times in the last 4-6 weeks that I've had CC. When I accepted the agreement, all my changes to my documents were lost. Is there a way to avoid losing data in this situation? Or better yet, can Adobe ask much less frequently if I accept the agreement??

To not loose information you have entered save more frequently. If you are using Acrobat, please repost in the Acrobat forum where we can better address the problems you are having. This is the Adobe Reader forum.

  • How to accept license agreements

The Adobe PDF installations instructions states that one "must accept the license agreement and warranty terms to use this product. See www.adobe.com/go/eulas for details."  How does one do this?  I went to the website, but I didn't see anything that would indicate that I approve of the license agreements.  Thank you

    Hi Noradc,
During the installation of any of the Adobe softwares the EULA (End User License Agreement) screen comes up and prompts to accept the license agreement or decline it. It's here that you need to accept the license agreement.
