I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the entry, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.
(Not entirely sure what happens after you click that link, but fingers crossed it should be relatively straightforward.)

Right click on or near one of the other headers and a pop-up will appear and you will be able to select the Basic Panel for viewing.

Well, you shouldn't use your iPod to chew gum with. That's what your teeth are for.

Media is not included in a backup. You should be able to resync them your copy of them on your computer's iTunes. If you haven't got your a copy of them then if they are still in the store, then you can re-download apps via the Purchased tab in the App Store, ibooks via the Purchased tab in the ibookstore in the iBooks app, and (depending upon what country that you are in) potentially music, films and tv shows via the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app.

After trying to restore iPod several times, it is incapable of verifying the restore. Any ideas how to fix it? I've restarted both the iPod and my computer several times, and have redownloaded the lastest version of iTunes. Help?

My iPod had an error and I attempted to restore the iPod to factory defaults. It was able to empty the iPod of the software on it, but it has yet to be able to successfully restore the iPod. It goes through all the steps successfully until it gets to the "Verifying iPod Restore." After the progress bar has completed, it then gives me an error message. Every time, it's the same message: Error 6. However, none of the suggestions on the apple technical site have worked. I even completely turned off ALL of my anti-virus /firewall programs and it still would not go through. Any suggestions how to fix it?

Try removing the com.apple.iCal.plist file from your Macintosh HD/Users/yourusername/Library/Preferences Folder. To find that folder, use Finder>Go Menu>Depress the "Option" key>Library. Drag the .plist file to your desktop, and log out/in or restart and check iCal for functionality.

Hi. I am not technically proficient. I have somehow hit something that is making my email forwards and text to the printer way smaller than what is appearing on my screen. I have looked into everything I can think of in settings and outlook express. If you have any ideas, I would greatly appreciate them. Have you checked Outlook's font preferences? You can change to size under General Preferences>Fonts. You can also change font sizes by using ⌘shift+

Hold down the option key while starting iTunes and make an new library. Will it open then? If so, you have a bad library. With the new library import the library.xml version of the file in your iTunes folder. This will make it 90% like before (some metadata are not identical, but I don't know which ones).

If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copies of the dodgy tracks and try redownloading fresh copies. For instructions, see the following document:
