Try the following steps:
1. Check windows updates.
2. Try the Microsoft Fix it in this kb to remove previous install completely:

3. Reboot.
4. Try installing again.

When listening to Fireworks by Katie Perry the base notes sound raspy and distorted even though the eq is set to flat and have tried 2 studio monitor headphones. Has anyone run across this and how did you fix it?

I have tried 2 studio monitor headphones when listening and the raspy sound appears with both. The distorted sound from the downloaded song from itunes doesn't show up when listening to it on the computer. No other songs that have been downloaded from CDs onto my ipod classic seem to have this problem. Has anyone else run across this and how did you fix it?

Do not disturb does not block any incoming calls. Has anyone else had this problem how do you fix it

I Would really like to use this feature. But everytime I activate do not disturb I still receive calls and I am still disturbed.

If you update to iOS 7.0, DND works both while your phone is locked, & when not locked. On iOS 6.0, only works when your phone is locked.
You have to go into settings and choose which you want. Always or only when locked. If you choose only when locked if you ar using your phone for anything, even it if is just sitting on a home page with the screen unlocked DND won't stop a call from coming through.

Same issue here... used to work fine, now when I try to set up to publish photos to Facebook, the "Please try again later" message comes up in the pop-up window instead of the Facebook login. It just started doing this last week.

Resolving issues with Touch ID
1. Verify that you are using the latest version of iOS.
2. Ensure that your fingers and the Home button are clean and dry.*
Note: Cover the Home button completely. Don't tap too quickly, don't press down hard, and don't move your finger while Touch ID is scanning. Make sure that your finger touches the metal ring around the Home button.
3. If you are using a protective case or screen protector, it must leave the Home button and the surrounding ring completely unobscured. If it doesn't, remove the case or screen protector and try again.
4. Tap Settings > General > Touch ID & Passcode > Touch ID and verify that:
- iPhone Unlock or iTunes & App Store is enabled.
- One or more fingerprints have been enrolled.
5. If one finger isn't working, tap Edit in Settings > General > Touch ID & Passcode > Touch ID > Edit to delete and then reenroll the finger.
6. If that finger still isn't working, try enrolling a different finger.

"Unknown Error" when attempting to move/drag a folder in the Folders Panel in Library Module. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Thank you.

Last night, I attempted to drag one sub-folder into a different Parent folder but then I received the "unable to move & unknown error" notification. After a few more attempts I received the same notification. My solution was moving the folder into the different Parent folder outside of Lightroom. I moved the folder in my PCs Operating System.
Has anyone else encountered this issues? Any solutions?

Your method of using the OS is considered best. If you copy (drag) a folder to a new place you simply right-click on the folder name in the LR Library and choose update folder location. Then navigate to the new location.
LR automatically updates the catalog database. You can then delete the original folder.

If your question regards the ability of your Mercedes to access the text messages in your phone, the most likely answer is that your vehicle's audio system does not support the Message Access Profile. This Bluetooth profile was adopted in June of 2009, which means that Mercedes Benz wasn't implementing this capability mid-year.
Your Merc simply will not be able to access those messages.
If the dealer can do an update of the Firmware, it might improve the capability. But the expense of that might outweigh the ability to gain access to your texts. This is to say that there is even an upgrade possible. This is a major addition to the Bluetooth capabilities.
FWIW, up until recently, most cars havn't had this capability. The earliest adopters were Ford and BMW.

Thanks so much but none of that helped. It was driving me crazy because it would back up another external drive. I just changed the name of the drive from iPhoto/iTunes Library to Media Libraries and IT WORKED!! I guess for some reason it didn't like the drive being called iPhoto or iTunes ???? I don't understand but I have tried so many solutions and exchanging things out but the name change did it????!!!

If you have juice left in the battery, Reboot your iPad. Press and hold BOTH the power and home buttons at the SAME time for at least 10 seconds (hold past the swipe to shut down bar) until the Apple Logo appears, then let go of both buttons and your iPad will restart. It's safe and you won't lose any data.

You must be within the Country with a Valid Billing Address and Credit Card for that Country to use the iTunes Store of that Country..
