You don't say which film you're struggling to download, I had problems with a-team and I ended up emailing the address on the leaflet, turns out they had a lot of problems with people's codes, they then gave me a new code to use! I have now managed to get the film downloaded?

Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Unsync all music and resync

HT1725 error when I downloaded a digital copy of a movie (error 8328)

While downloading a digital copy of a movie from Universal website, download was interrupted.
When I try to resume, I get error message 8328 "An unknown error occurred (8328) Please check the connection to the network & retry"
How do I fix that??
I tried to go to Universal but it says that the Authorization Code was already used.

Since a Digital Copy download is attached to your Apple ID, the best option would be to delete the movie that is giving you an issue and redownload it via the iTunes Store past purchase option. I have included a couple articles that will show you how to process these steps.

If this does not resolve the issue, then iTunes might need to be notified to let them know there is a problem with the content. I have included the steps on how to let them know.

I had downloaded a Digital Copy of a film with extras on iTunes the other day. The movie is working fine, the extras met with downloading errors and won't work. I've tried clicking the download button but keep getting the same error message. I've already redeemed the code so I can't do the thing all over again! Please help me because I want to see those extras!

I experienced a similar issue with 10.6.8 and iTunes 11.
Several questions:
1. What version of iTunes are you using?
2. Is your iTunes library located on a network drive or a local drive?
3. What error are you getting during the download?
4. Do you have the ability to try and download the extras file on a different computer?

Depending on why it's been disabled you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
Or you might need to contact Apple : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
If it then works on your computer's iTunes but not your phone/iPad then try logging out of your account on the phone/iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it

I am trying to redeem a digital copy of Despicable Me. When I type in the content code, I get an error message. I checked the UPC product number on NBCUCodes, and it says good until 2016. Can anybody tell me what to do now? Am I just out of luck?

I am trying to download windows 7 on my macbook pro but it keeps saying the disk cannot be partitioned because some files cannot be moved.

Its all in the title. I am trying to use bootcamp to download windows 7 on my macbook pro mountain lion, but I keep getting this error. I tried going to Disk Utility, and my active volume already is formatted under Mac OS Extended (Journaled), so I don't know how to fix it. I already backed up the volume on an external harddrive. Also, everything under the volume I wanted to edit is greyed out, and when I try to restore the backup that I created via time machine, it pops up with another error that says "Could not unmount volume "/" (Resource Busy).
Please be gentle, I'm used to using windows and don't know like anything about computers. If someone could give me a detailed explanation for these errors and a solution of how I could correctly download windows on my mac I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

Try a restart.
If that doesn't fix the problem, shut down the computer and then power it back up. Immediately after hearing the startup chime, hold down the shift key and continue to hold it until the gray Apple icon and a progress bar appear. The boot up is significantly slower than normal. This will reset some caches, forces a directory check, and disables all startup and login items, among other things. If the system operates normally, there may be 3rd party applications which are causing a problem. Try deleting/disabling the third party applications after a restart by using the application unistaller. For each disable/delete, you will need to restart if you don't do them all at once.

HT1296 I am trying to put a digital copy of a movie on my iPad, and my computer indicates that I'm not authorized to do so.

I cant sync a digital movie to my ipad because my computer indicates I'm not authorized.

Is it possible that ratings restrictions have been set? for example it's a PG movie and you're only allowed G movies?
ALso, and i'm not totally up on digital copies, but last I knew you were allowed to have a copy on one computer and one device and if you exceeded that one device, then tough. It's their way to combat piracy by not allowing one digital file to be on 10 devices at once.
You may look into the site of the company the movie is from and see what their particular rules are, because they vary from company to company.
I THINK digital copies are also only good for so long. Not sure if you have to unlock it within that window to access it forever, or if you're only allowed to watch it within that specific window (like 6 months post release). That may also vary from company to company.

You pay 1.29 for a song and you should get it. Itunes says the download is corrupted and check with the itunes store for available downloads to redownload my song. Nothing happens and the song I already purchased is not yet available to me.
