HT1725 I followed the steps on how to resume a download and I had to pay for a tv show twice and it still didn't download!
Please help! It was about a month ago but the initial download failed I followed the steps on iTunes help on how to resume it but I was charged again! I wasn't going to do anything about it but today I wanted to watch it and it wasn't there. I checked my downloads to see if it had another error and it did! I dont want to try it again but I don't know what to do! I need a refund! Help!
You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.

If the problem re-occurs, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer.

You should be able to see two different tabs when setting up the email if you go to Other > Add Mail Account. Once you enter in the email address and password, you should be at the next screen to provide more details about the email as far as incoming and outgoing servers and at the top there will be a blue section to add it in as a POP or IMAP email account. I followed the steps to restore to factory settings now I can't get back my info from a prior backup. My pads screen was frozen on the connect to iTunes I needed to restore. I had to setup my pad as if it was new. How do I acess my prior backup
Once again, KP is correct, but I just want to add that if you don't see the backup in the drop down menu on the summary page of iTunes when you choose the restore from backup option, then the backup is unfortunately gone. If you backup your computer, the iPad backup should probably be in that computer backup. I use Time Machine with my MacBook Pro and can access backups from months ago.
On a side note, I also archive backups from time to time. If you right click on a backup name in iTunes>Edit>Preferences>Devices (Windows) or iTunes>Preferences>Devices (Mac) you can save that backup or archive it. It will be date and time stamped. I have no idea why I do this to the degree that I do it, but I probably have 12-14 iPad backups archived in iTunes. -
I forgot my sucruity questions so I cannot make purchases I pressed the button that said "click here if you have forgotten your sucruity questions" and it took me to the apple website I followed the steps and then it said "do you want to send the sucurity questions to k******@charter.net (exactly that including the ****) and I didn't know what to do so I pressed send but that is not my email so I did not get the questions. I have an Iphone 5 and it will not connect to any WIFI networks - I have tried following the steps above (including reseting network settings) but it just says 'incorrect password' every time. How can I resolve this?
you have definitely tried the correct steps, all you would need to do now is a back up & restore to factory settings. If after that the issue remains then you would most likely need a replacement unit.

Just updated my iPhone 5s from ios 8.1 to 8.3. After the install it asked for Apple ID and password and to allow it to sync to Mac and iTunes. After following the steps my phone kept restarting - turning on and off and goes blank. How do I fix this??

The fix and it will wipe out anything on your iphone is to connect it to your computer and have the latest version on iTunes open. Hold the Power/Sleep and Home button till it blanks out. Keep holding the home button untill it says recovery mode on the screen of the computer and do a restore. -
I have an Ipod Touch that is in recovery mode right now. I hooked it up to iTunes, and followed the steps to restore it, but it will only restore about a quarter of the bar. How do I get it to load past that certain point?

- Try another USB port and cable
- Try DFU mode and then restore

I have followed the steps above for downgrading iCloud storage options, but when I get to the screen to select a downgraded option, the Done button is grayed out and won't let me select a new option. I see a lock in top right-hand corner, but not sure where to go to unlock it.
Choose Apple () menu > System Preferences, then click the iCloud icon.
Click the Manage button.
Click Change Storage Plan.
Click Downgrade Options.
Enter your Apple ID password, then click Manage.

I have an iPod Touch 5th Generation with iOS 8.1, my home button is broken and I've been using AssistiveTouch for months now. Today I just locked my iPod and it wouldn't unlock again, it doesn't respond at all, it won't turn on. It was almost fully charged, so it's not the battery. I followed the steps from this thread, but I'm still getting the "USBMuxListenerCreate: No Error" message in CMD Prompt. I bought my iPod abroad and even though I do have the warranty, I've been told at the iStore that it's not valid here, so going to the store isn't really an option. Any ideas how to solve this?
Sorry, but without a working home button it is not possible to reset or restore your device. You should visit an Authorized Appel Service Provider or Apple Store to get it serviced. The warranty for an iPod is not limited to the country where it has been bought, check here: one-year limited warranty

My brother got me a contract completed iphone 4S from US and when i put my vodafone sim into it . i got a sim invalid error. So got in touch with ATT and got it unlocked. I followed the steps given by ATT for activating my sim . i backed up the data and erased all content and settings and then inserted my vodafone sim into it But it shows "invalid Sim". Im stuck in setup screen and not able to restore as itunes also shows the same error "invalid sim" . Im not getting the summary screen in itunes .Pls help how i could restore back to atleast the previous condition.
Completing a contract does not magically unlock the device.
Put the device in DFU mode (google it) and restore as new again. If it still will not unlock, send it back to your brother to sell to someone in the US that can use it on AT&T or take to Apple for evaluation.
