  • Do I need a password for trial download of PE 6?

    I just downloaded a trial of PE 6 on a PowerBook G4 with 10.5.6. When opening to install, I get a setup window with my name and asking for a password. Adobe did not email a trial password to me and I did not purchase the software. So, how do I use this trial version? FYI, I have a purchased version of PE 4 installed, but I have not opened it since the trial download of PE 6.

    If you do purchase PSE, please don't try to put a serial number into the trial. Adobe says you can do that, but it's not true. You need to remove the trial by running its uninstaller (save the download so you can run the installer again and choose Remove Components), and then install the retail version.

    I hope somebody helps because pressing zero no longer works to speak to a real person.
    I recently transferred $50 to my balance to renew my plan. However, my dad surprised me, and i woke up this morning with a text saying that he had gotten me a new phone and is putting my on his plan. The phone hasn't arrived yet, but I need the balance refunded because I will no longer be using this phone.
    I will use the money to pay the bill for the new phone instead.
    Someone please help me, I wouldn't be posting here unless I couldn't reach someone on the phone.

    Eventually called and the representative was very nice, got my refund.
    However, i had to guess on which buttons to press to get there. I had to go through about 3 different menus, and all of the options in the last one, to find out that in one of the options you can press 4 to be connected. Wow.
    Nowhere did it have me enter my phone number or say anything.
    Thanks for your response though. Maybe it's different for prepaid customers.
