What did you download it on ? If you downloaded it on your Mac then it should be in the Movies part of your library. If you downloaded it on your iOS device then it should be in its Videos app. Is that where you've looked ?

You can contact iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page . When you've filled in the form you should get a reply from iTunes within 24 or 48 hours.

  • I have purchased a movie and it has downloaded.   Next, I get a screen the says Terms and Conditions. It says to click Agree but I. Can not find Agree anywhere in the document.  how do I move forward and access the movie?

I have purchased a movie and downloaded it. Next I get a screen that says Terms and Conditions and tells me to read and click on Agree. I cannot find the Agree anywhere in the document.  How do I move on and view the movie?

Go to Settings>General>Usage. How much space does it show you have?
If you connect your phone to your computer, what does iTunes say is on your phone? Do you see a large amount of "Other"? If so, you may have a corrupted database. You'll need to sync your phone then restore it as NEW (not from back up) then re-sync your data).

  • Move all my music to another folder but Itunes can't find the files!

I have all my music on my desktop in small folders for each artist.
But now i don't have room anymore, because i have to much music.
So i want to move it all in to a folder called "Music". But when i do that
Itunes can't find the files, and i have to search for each file, to find the new location instead of the desktop. How do i move my music more easily? So i don't have to synchronize it all in again, with the right album covers and that..
    Please, need some help here!

You need to open your preferences file in iTunes and click on advance then select the location of where you put the folder.  http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4527

i rented a movie, waited for 30 minutes while it downloaded and now I can't find it in any library and don't know where to redownload.  Hope someone can help with this new itunes.

If you can't find the movie you downloaded on your iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch, check inside your Videos App

  • Purchased audiobook on mini, says downloaded but I can't find it

purchased an audiobook on my mini, says downloaded but can't find it anywhere..

When you have audiobooks on an iPad you will get an Audiobooks option under the More button at the bottom of the Music app.
Note that audiobooks are currently a one-time only download from the store, so you may want to copy it to your computer's iTunes via File > Devices > Transfer Purchases so that you can take a backup copy of it - it should copy over to the Books part of your iTunes library.

  • HT1657 I rented 2 movies was charged thought I down loaded but now can not find them what should I do?

I rented 2 movies 1/30/2013 I can not watch them. Can not find them I was charged please help

On an iPad they should be in the Videos app. If you can't find them in there then have you got a film age rating set in Settings > General > Restrictions that is hiding them, or did you start watching them and they've expired (once you start watching a rental you have 48 hours, 24 in the US, to finish watching them) ?

  • I rented a movie on iTunes from my Mac mini but I can't find it anymore.

I was too tired to watch it so I turned off my computer and went to bed. The next morning I wanted to watch the movie but couldn't find it, the movie finished downloading the night before. Any ideas of where it might be?

Select Movies and double click the movie.

  • HT203167 I purchased an audio book, shows up in my iTunes, but then can't find it.

I tried to download it again, and the warning comes up that I have already purchased this item, "Do you want to purchase it again?"  So they KNOW I already purchased it!  Why can't I just download it again?  It is still available.

Audiobooks are curently a one-time only download - I believe that they are all supplied to Apple by audible.com, so I assume that it's them who are requiring the one-time only download. If you don't still have it on your computer nor on a backup then you can try contacting iTunes support and see if they will grant you a re-download : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

  • Movie space taking up lots of space but I can't find the movies?

My Macbook HD says that there is 65GB of movies on my computer. My itunes has only 3 GB and my imovie has very little. I'm trying to free up some space and I don't know where those 65MB of movies are at.

Use a program such as Grand Perspective to locate large files such as movies.
If you get a dialog box like this
... either temporarily adjust your Gatekeeper settings in System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General, to allow applications downloaded from "Anywhere", or control-click the GrandPerspective app, choose Open from the contextual menu, then choose Open from the following dialog box:
You only have to do this once. After that you can open GrandPerspective and the dialog box will not appear.
Readjust your Gatekeeper settings if necessary.

  • HT1725 Hello! I can't find one song in the Purchases in iTunes.

Hello! I like listen music on my iPad. At one, I found, that name of one song is written in grey color. I've delete it, and I thought that I could download it again, but I can't find this song in the Purchases in iTunes! When I look at this song at the store, it shows me that I haven't bought this song. How to solve that problem?

You are signed in with the same account that you bought the song with, you haven't changed countries since buying it, and it's the same song (e.g. you aren't looking at a differennt version of the song, different single, album, etc) ? Have you checked to see if it's hidden from the Purchased tab : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4919 ?
If you've changed countries since buying it, or if the exact version of the song that you bought is no longer in your country's store, then you won't be able to redownload it. You've been keeping and maintaining a backup of all of yoru downloads via your computer's iTunes ? If you have then you can sync it back from your computer.

  • HT203167 When I transferred my iTunes library over to my new Mac, I lost all of my purchased songs. I still have my songs that I uploaded from CDs, but I can't find my iTunes purchases. Did they vanish?

When I bought a new Mac and transferred my library, my purchased songs/movies didn't go with it. Now I can't find them. I thought I remember seeing them with a little cloud icon but I don't even see that anymore.

Since you have purchased a new Mac (which, BTW, is not typed in all capitals) why not buy a Time Capsule <http://www.apple.com/airport-time-capsule/> which is designed specifically to work with OS X and Time Machine?
You don't say what part of your Sony "crashed." If it was not the HDD it is possible to take the computer apart, put the HDD in an external case, then recover the data off of it (including the music) simply drag-n-drop. If it was the HDD that "crashed" that makes it more difficult.
If you are able to recover the music from the Sony you can then add it to the iTunes library on the Mac and iTunes Match will then scan, match and upload the tracks to be mirrored in the cloud.
