HT1725 My purchased songs did not get loaded properly, can I try again?

I purchased some songs last week and went to listen to them on my ipod and most of them are cut off.  Can I try again? It was from the same artist on the same soundtrack.

    Depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then try deleting the incomplete tracks from your iTunes library and redownload them via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes : re-downloading.
    If you aren't in a country where you can re-download music or if they re-download in the same state then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that album and use the 'Report a Problem' link.

    On Sunday March 30, 2014 I was trying to purchase a new computer from the Best Buy website. I added the computer to my cart and clicked checkout. I was asked to log into my best buy account and after clicking sign it I was informed that I need to update my password. I created a new password and it took me back to MyBestBuy page. I clicked on the shopping cart again and clicked checkout. It again asked me to log in to my account. This time I was given an error: Oops! The email or password did not match our records. Please try again.  I changed my password two more times after that and still had the same problem.
    I finally called Best Buy and the lady I talked with sent me a reset password request which did not work. She informed her supervisor and was told there are issues with the website and ordering online.  She tried to order the items in my cart and could not proceed as well.
    I was then transfer to the Sales department where Jacqueline assisted me in getting my order purchased. She also sent me a request to reset my password but it is still having the same problem. I change the password and the next time I log it I get the following error: Oops! The email or password did not match our records. Please try again.
    The worst part about this whole experience was on Wednesday 04-02 I received an email from Best Buy that stated Please call us, there is a problem with you order. I called the 1800 number listed on the email and spoke with an associate who informed me the reason for the email was I did not have sufficient fund for the purchase that I made today. The problem: I did not make any purchase on 04-02. The associate asked if I would like to be transfer to the fraud department and I said yes. The woman that I spoke with was very polite and we cancelled my account and I have a new card on the way.  (I forgot to mention that I used by Best Buy Credit Card)
    I think that there is a serious issue with your website and because of the problem my credit card information was stolen.
    I have been a loyal best buy shopper buying all of my electronic from TV's, cellphones, computers, movies, etc. After this experience I have lost my confidence in your website and it ability to keep my information safe.
    P.S. I have already tried:

    Cleared Catche
    Tried a differnet browser

  • HT3951 I have a new iPad and purchased apps did not get reinstalled

    I went from an iPad to and iPad 2.  I backed up to the cloud and restored from it to my new iPad.  Two of my purchased apps did not restore.  They are not in the purchased area of the app store so I cannot restor from that.

    I bought a song from itunes store and it did not fully download

    If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copy of the track and try redownloading a fresh one.
    Otherwise, I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
    Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
    Find the item that is not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the entry, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.

  • Downloaded iOs 5.0.1 but songs did not restore to my phone. Tried to synch to iTunes today and it prompted me to "restore" my phone again. Did that but songs did not restore. Each time I try to synch, it prompts me to restore with the same result. Help!

    When I first downloaded iOS 5.0.1 on Monday night I received an error message (I didn't capture it, sorry). So I re-attempted. After downloading and restoring my phone from backup, it prompted me again to restore my phone. I complied. And it prompted me to restore my phone from the backup again. I tried it again with the same result. Finally frustrated I stopped.
    I didn't realize until the next day that my music was empty on the phone. I tried to synch today to get my songs back on the phone and instead it AGAIN asked me to restore my phone from the backup. I complied but my music is still missing. I need help!
    Please note I am using iTunes as the backup storage on my PC, I haven't turned on iCloud because I don't have wireless service in my home.
    I am soooo frustrated right now. I need my music to go running in the morning.
    Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

  • Tab delimited file not getting loaded properly in OWB

    I have create a flat file module and liked it to an external table in OWB, but out of 5000 records only 3000 are getting loaded into external table for tab delimited flat file.
    Could any body has any idea how this is happening.

    Hi Ram
    Best thing to do is to configure the external table to have a log file name, bad file name etc.. and see the errors reported when you query the external table. This will help you identify the records in issue. If you reconfigure external table, redeploy the external table and then query the external table....read the log files etc. to see what is up, may be a data conversion issue in some records, or something completely different.

    I have 6 songs that will not download onto my iPad. They are on my iPhone, but will not load onto my iPad.  ITunes Store says "download error.  Tap to retry." I've been retrying for a month!

    I'm having the EXACT same problem with my BB account. Something is wrong with your system!
    Every time I try to log in to BB.com, it says wrong password. And my only option is to reset my password. When I log in with the new password, it then asks me to reset my password to a different one! And the cycle continues. I've tried for over an hour to buy something online, but I can't even get to check out. Please fix this.

    Shopping on BestBuy.com should be a fun and painless experience, and not being able to sign in to your account would definitely cut into that joy. While our recent security requirements have been implemented rather successfully, it sounds like it may have inadvertently caused some issues with your password and I sincerely regret any inconvenience this has caused!
    In these instances, there are a series of steps we suggest performing which should help alleviate the issue you’re having with your password reset. Using your email address on file for the forums, I have located your BestBuy.com account and have initiated a password reset from our end and a link will be sent to your email. Please perform these actions, in order, prior to visiting the reset link in your email:
    Log out of your BestBuy.com account completely
    Delete your browser history, cache, and cookies
    Visit the password reset link in your email (please be sure to check your spam folder)
    Create a new password that fits the accepted criteria (use a password you’ve never used before)
    Logout of your account as it will log you in automatically after creating the new password
    Wait 5-10 minutes and then attempt to login to your account
