Your question/statement makes no sense.
"Unable to download purchased audiobook. The book says it was downloaded" What book is saying this? Is the audiobook talking to you?
"Can't get to spot from iTunes to insert password" This makes no sense to me either.
If you are trying to download a previously purchased audiobook, you can't do that. You get one download of an Audiobook and then you must purchase it again if you delete it or do not have it in your iTunes library to sync back to the iPd.
If you can't find the audiobook, look in the More Tab of the Music App.

I was trying to down load a song from Itunes in UK that's not available in Canada but now its overridden my itunes account in Canada. How do i restore my Canadian itunes default?It is a violation of the terms of service of itunes to use an itunes store from another country. If you did this, then itunes could deactivate your account.
You need to make sure that all of your Canada information is in your account. -

Take it to an authorized service center or Apple Store in the country where the phone originated. Apple does not sell iPhones in Pakistan, nor will they ship them to Pakistan.

To delete files from your external HDD, attach it to your MBP and drag the unwanted files to trash and then empty trash.
Then you select the files that you want to transfer by 'drag and drop' to the external HDD and trash the files on your MBP.

I can't get any sound from my ITunes library. The IMac is set to internal speakers, the volume bar on ITunes itself is all the way to the right, there seems to be no problem with the speakers themselves (they play sound from internet videos, for example), but I can't play music from the ITunes library on the IMac. Please help!
Is it possible that you have iTunes set to send audio through AirPlay to an AirPort Express, Apple TV, or other AirPlay device (which is itself not turned up so you can hear it)?

Can't get NYTimes Crossword app to download onto my wife's IPad Air. It shows as "purchased" but when trying to download with the Cloud icon, it just circles for a while, then stops. The app works fine on my IPad. Any suggestions?
ThanksThere are a lot of posts in the forums today with people having problems with iMessage. There was also a published outage yesterday, so it's possible there are still some issues that may be impacting you both.

I bought a song a few months ago from iTunes. I have been playing it for months and all of a sudden it stops at the 1:00 mark on all of my devices and no longer plays. I can't re-download it because it already thinks it's been downloaded. How can I get another copy of this song that I have already paid for?!
If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copy of the track and try redownloading a fresh one. See the following document for instructions:

Otherwise, I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the item, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item. -
Automatic download works on some tv show and not I have go to store and go thru them one at a time to download it. It also tells me there are to downloads avail when really there are. Also when i've purchased a season pass on SD I try clicking on the SD button but it does't work. Ive downloaded show for yrs this problem just started. Please help

JulianRead the KB. Earlier today I had a fail to sync - I closed my Calendar app and the reopened and all was good.
Sometimes just closing the app the relaunching is all it takes. At other times a reboot of the Mac is all that is needed.

Ok so when I want to download an app, for instance, Instagram, I had it before but then I deleted it and I changed apple ids now I want the app back but it won't let me Becouse it says I downloaded it on another Apple ID. What do I do? Do I restart my phone or what? Help me pleasee
Did you install it yourself are somebody else for you?
If you installed them yourself, but do not remember which AppleID you used, try all AppleIDs you might have used in turn.
If somene else set up your Mac for you, ask the person to reinstall it. If you bought the mac second hand, the previous owner needs to contact Apple to transfer the iLife apps. If that is not possible, delete the apps that you cannot update and buy them using your AppleID. -

Two ways:

- With the iPOd connected to a charging source, go to Setting>General>reset>Erase all Content and Settings. This can take hours. -
