Sounds like your iPhone is locked to the wireless carrier you used
in Bahrain. Contact that wireless carrier to see if they offer unlocking
and if you qualify. Only the carrier to which the iPhone is locked
can unlock it.
What does it say when you look at Settings=>General=>Carrier?
Remember that the warranty is not international. You will have to
return the iPhone to Bahrain for repair/replacement if it needs service. -

My iPod nano needs to be format, but it doesn't format using fat 32. And it says that it is corrupted. What should I do?
As I connect it to itunes, it shows that it needs to be format. When I try to format it (fat32) it doesn't finish. And it says, the ipod appears to be corrupted.similar to what is happening to me....the difference is, after restoring itunes detect ipod and ask to restore again and again....
I know it may look kinda stupid but: just leave the ipod there for about 2 minutes, that's about the time my itunes is taking to detect my ipod...if it doesn't work, try connecting ur ipod to other computer with itunes (no need to sync, just to check if itunes will recognize) to check if the problem is with the ipod or with the itunes and/or computer. -

One - you may have said to disable/erase the iPhone while communicating with the iCloud Find My iPhone site.
Two - the finder/thief may have reset the iPhone to factory settings, simple enough to do, and yielded the iPhone untrackable. -
I have redeemed my code to download the Mountain Lion. I left it for download overnight. Now I am unable to find the download and its not installed. And the code says that its already redeemed so I cannot download the Mountain Lion again. Please help.

There is no such thing as an unlock code for an iPhone. That's not how it works.

I work for a company which wants to borrow my phone for an investigation...they want to check my phone to see if I created a fake dating site account for a colleague.
I had openly said no at first and actually offered my phone but now that they actually want to check it i am nervous.just incase whatever data they check ie:IP address etc is close to what they are after and that will make them think it was me.

If the employer provided you with the device and part of the agreement for providing this device is that they can periodically inspect the device, you do not have a choice. If his is your personal device, as Meg stated, in the US the employer would have to have legal standing and a subpoena to legally access your device. That subpoena would have to come from a court and signed by a judge and served by someone that is licensed by the court to serve. Your employer cannot just create this kind of paperwork. If you are not in the US, then I concur with what Meg says and consult an attorney. Again, if this is an employer provided device, they normally have the right to inspect the device, and their rights are generally stated in an agreement that you would sign to possess and use their device when issued to you.

The email just deleted and disappeared out of nowhere. i can't find it at all. Apple really ***** for this and now i have to waste ******* 20 dollars for an upgrade on my new macbook pro i just got less than a month ago.
Check your email trash folder to see if it is there. Check your spam folder. Try restarting your email application. Emails don't just vanish for no reason. If your email was there and you didn't delete it, it probably still exists somewhere.

This error is often related to USB timing. Try changing USB ports, using a different dock connector to USB cable, and other available USB troubleshooting steps (troubleshooting USB connections. If you are using a dock, bypass it and connect directly to the white Apple USB dock connector cable. If the issue persists on a known-good computer, the device may need service.
If the issue is not resolved by USB isolation troubleshooting, and another computer is not available, try these steps to resolve the issue:
Connect the device to iTunes, confirm that the device is in Recovery Mode. If it's not in Recovery Mode,put it into Recovery Mode.
Restore and wait for the error.
When prompted, click OK.
Close and reopen iTunes while the device remains connected.
The device should now be recognized in Recovery Mode again.
Try to restore again.
If the steps above do not resolve the issue, try restoring using a known-good USB cable, computer, and network connection.

guys, I need help, im trying to the the new software IOS 7.0 and it requires 3.7 GB free space. im using the IPhone4 and it has 6.4 GB capacity. i've deleted so much and it still says I only have 1.4 GB, I dont understand where the 5GB are being used.

DeeFirst thing to try is to reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider should one appear until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.

I recently changed my apple id email from an old one to a new one and now I can't sign out of my old one on my iPhone 5 because it says I need a password. I cannot give that password because it is part of the old apple ID. How do I change IDs?

I understand it can be very frustrating when you cannot sign in, or sign out in this case, to your Apple ID. In this situation you may need to temporarily edit your Apple ID back to the original email address so that you can sign out. Once signed out, edit the Apple ID back to the new email address and sign in. Please use the attached article for further information.
If you're asked for the password to your previous Apple ID when signing out of iCloud
Change your Apple ID temporarily
If signing out and back in to iMessage or FaceTime didn't help, try these steps:
Change your Apple ID to the Apple ID you used previously. You shouldn't need to verify the email address.
Tap Settings > iCloud. Complete these steps only if the Find My [Device] setting is turned on:
Scroll down and tap Sign Out, then tap Sign Out to confirm. If you're using iOS 7 or earlier, tap Delete Account, then tap Delete to confirm.
Tap Keep on My [Device] or Delete from My [Device]. In either case, your data remains in iCloud and will be updated on your device when you sign in to iCloud again.
Enter the password for your previous Apple ID.
Change your Apple ID to the new email address that you want to use. You'll need to verify the email address.
Return to Settings > iCloud and sign in with your new Apple ID.
If you're still asked for your previous Apple ID password, continue to the next step.

I updated to iTunes 12 and didn't like it. Followed advice to revert to 11.1. Now my iPhone 5 won't sync and error message says I need iTunes 11.2 or higher. Apple Download choices didn't have anything between 11.1.5 and 12. What can I do? Using iTunes 12 is not an option. Many features I used for audiobooks have disappeared.
