My iPod Touch has been disabled because I had forgotten the password. Now I remember the password but can't get the iPod unlocked. I am hooked up to iTunes but can't get it unlock still? What am I doing wwrong????/

1: Connect the device to your computer and open iTunes.
2: If the device appears in iTunes, select and click Restore on the Summary pane.
3: If the device doesn't appear in iTunes, try using the steps in this article to force the device into recovery mode.

I havent touched my Iphone 4s in ages (about a month). I came back to it the other day. I forgot the password, so naturally it disabled it and is telling me to connect to iTunes. In the meantime, i had got a new computer and didnt back up the itunes files (because im an idiot). So now when i connect it to iTunes it tells me to verify it on the phone, but i cant get in there because it is disabled. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!!! I HAVE NO IDEA ON HOW TO FIX IT!! I have updated and restored 5 times! When connected to itunes it only shows the summary page saying ipod in recovery mode.

Fixed it!
1. Made sure itunes software was up to date
2. Pressed and held 'home' button and 'on-off' button at the same time for about 10 seconds till ipod reset (I hadn't done this step previously)
3. Connected to itunes
4. Pressed restore and update ipod
Update successful and ipod taken out of recovery mode

i've one stateful sessionbean which i'm accessing throgh my normal java client . now what i'm doing is when i first time call a method it is running ......then i'm shutting down the server jboss .......it is calling my ejbPassivate() method ... at this particular time client program doesn't do anything.....
now after i restart my server i'm again calling back that business method with that last object reference.......it gives me the exception given below.....

Stateful session beans are not persisted across restart of the EJB server instance(s) hosting them. You can't treat a Session bean as one would an entity bean.

If you have iOS 5 installed on it, you don't need a PC. simply turn it on and set it up.
if you don't have iOS 5 then you'll need a computer.

The usual reasons for an Apple ID getting disabled are either unauthorized activity or violations of the Terms & Conditions.
Submit your request to iTunes Customer Service and if appropriate, they will re-enable it.

If you have Find My iPhone enabled, you can use Remote Wipe to erase the contents of your device. If you have been using iCloud to back up, you may be able to restore the most recent backup to reset the passcode after the device has been erased.
Otherwise you need a working dock connector and computer wither iTuned and internet connection
Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.
