help!!! i had an iphone4s and now a iphone 5c i need help restoring the new phone to what it had at last update.... i lost all my pics, any new contacts, texts, notes etc.
all apps i downloaded new are there, but everything else gone, someone said i need to restore to my icloud? but im not sure how to or what that will do? my phone is a 32g old phone was 16g, but this new iphone 5c is saying not enough memory but there is showing plenty.

It sounds like you have automatic sync turned on in iTunes. If you didn't back up your new phone, you're stuck with what you've got.
FIrst turn off auto sync in iTunes before you plug the phone in again: http://support.apple.com/kb/PH12320
Then try to restore from an iCloud backup if you have that turned on: https://support.apple.com/kb/ph12521

Did you reset your iPad like this: Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart.

Two other things to try -
Power your iPad off for a minute and then back on again.
Double tap the Home button, locate the updating apps (one by one) in the bottom task bar, press on it until the red minus sign comes up and click it. Repeat for the remaining apps. Try the updates again but do them one by one rather than Update All.

I suggest to copy all your files in your external drive to your Macbook and reformat that external drive to Mac OS Extended Journaled or exFat.
Once you've done that - then copy all the files back to your external drive.
Do not format your external drive if you haven't copied whats in your external drive. You'll lose everything.

You make an appointment at the genius bar of your local Apple Store and get it serviced/replaced. You broke it. If you can't even force a reboot, there's nothing much more you can do.

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode
How to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik's scribblings
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

If it is longer available then you can't get the app on your phone.

Also, When I open the Keyboard Viewer, the letters will highlight only if I hold the modifier key(s) "Control" or "Control and Option". I really need help with this.
