I updated my iphone to the latest version then suddenly it is required me to connected to the iTunes!
i need my data but, there is only restore button.
How I do that? I am afraid of deleting things from my computer.

Firefox does not always connect to the internet or is very slow to open. It is not with specific sites and when it does happen I have to either wait or shut down and restart the computer. It does not happen with my other browsers. (Google chrome)
I have been having the same problem, it's as if Firefox's internet connection is broken at intermittent intervals. I tried disabling all my plugins, creating a new profile, everything on the page below and even updated to version 8, but nothing helped. I think it's been happening for a weeks or so, maybe since an update(?) but it seemed a lot worse today. It's not my connection as I've been using Chrome as an alternative which works fine. I have not tried rebooting my machine.

While the iOS updates aren't designed to erase your information, it is always a good idea to back up your information just in case the process doesn't go too smoothly. Whenever I go to the "Cellular" settings on the main settings page and turn OFF cellular data usage for native apps like mail, app store, contacts, photos etc , the moment I back out and come back in, all the native apps I turned cellular off for are back on again. Exact same question as ankit1986, specifically with the photos while on cellular-only, and as simple as it sounds, I tried the hard reboot Ingo2711 suggested. Still experiencing the same error with the native apps reverting to on. It's killing our shared data-plan (2GB).

before downloading the latest version of I-Tunes, I used to be able to view the ALBUM ARTWORK at bottom left when clicking on a song.
I am now unable to see the artwork.
Is it no longer possible with the updated software ??Correct, Apple have removed that feature. However, you can still see the artwork of the song that's playing; it's shown in the Now Playing indicator at the top of the iTunes window. It is small, but if you click on it, a larger version pops up.
Also, in Albums View, you can see the album artwork. -

I found that the leading is not automatically done in Indesign, Ihave attached to files where equation have overlapped while working with mathmagic. just bought my new macbook air, i noticed that my version is os x 10.9 (btw its 2013 model). how can i upgrade it to the latest version?(to 10.9.2 or 3?) it only shows apps such as numbers etc... of the software update on app store.

I recently updated itunes to the latest version and now the programme will not open.
I have tried all suggestions such as reinstalling the programme, rebooting you name it, nothing.
This most frustrating and completely unacceptable, especially when a company such as Apple touts itself being the leader in music technology yet does not respond directly to questions about faults in their system, but prefers to leave to disgruntled customers to try and sort it out amongst themselves
This not the first time I have had frustrating problems with the Apple system. Perhaps someone could suggest a more reliable system to switch to. Someone with a better troubleshooting system.Going all the way back to Firefox 3.0.5 is shear foolishness, it is 14 security versions behind the last 3.0.19 release. And that version is missing at least a dozen security updates that were applied to the 3.5 and 3.6 versions after support for 3.0.x ended.
If you are not happy with Firefox 4, you should have installed Firefox 3.6.17. That is very similar to the 3.0 and has all the security fixes that have been released since support for Firefox 3.0.x ended last year. -
Hi all, please help me reinstall Itunes onto my PC. When i did a pc refresh, it deleted my itunes and microsoft office. I am now trying to reinstall itunes and am getting the following message each time i try run the new downloaded version ( i have tried a few older and the latest one and all show the same message)
the file Itunes cannot be read because it was created by a newer version of itunes. I have downloaded the latest version

I am using the latest versions of all the apple products associated with using my Macbook Pro and my Ipad 3, but there continues to be a problem with the hanging up of the itunes program. THis was on the list of issues fixed when the version of Lion 10.6.3 came out and when i installed it. Any help will be much appreciated.
Apply the two fixes below in order as needed:
Fix #1
Launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down and rebuild the library.
Select the options identified in the screenshot.
Fix #2
Using iPhoto Library Manager to Rebuild Your iPhoto Library
Download IPhoto Library Manager 4 for OS XC 10.6.8 and iPhoto 8.1.2 and later or iPhoto Library Manager 3 (for OS X 10.5.8 and iPhoto 7.1.5 and earlier) and launch.
Click on the Add Library button, navigate to your Home/Pictures folder and select your iPhoto Library folder.
Now that the library is listed in the left hand pane of iPLM, click on your library and go to the File ➙ Rebuild Library menu (iPLM 3) or Library ➙ Rebuild Library menu (iPLM 4) option.
In the next window name the new library and select the location you want it to be placed.
Click on the Create button.
Note: This creates a new library based on the LIbraryData.xml file in the library and will recover Events, Albums, keywords, titles and comments but not books, calendars or slideshows. The original library will be left untouched for further attempts at fixing the problem or in case the rebuilt library is not satisfactory.
