Depends on how you buy the iPad.
Most iPads are unlocked so any sim card from any carrier can be used with them. But some Carriers offer subsidized iPads which are locked to the carrier that sells them and as such can only take a sim card from said carrier.
If you buy the iPad from an Apple store for full price it should be unlocked for use with any compatible GSM sim card.

I was in Barcelona over the weekend and my normal camera was stolen with three days of photos on it. My IPad air had a good few photos on it but I deleted these as I had them on my camera. I now have no photos and want to get the photos that i took on my Ipad air. Wondershare does not work as I had no backup made as I deleted them from my icloud album as well. Any suggestions please?

If you deleted them from your iPad and iCloud, they are gone (unless you made a backup after you took the photos but before you deleted them.

I have just bought an iPad air and constantly get the screen with the stars freeze and can't do anything. Have done the power off etc, still happens inconsistent freezing on that same screen. Is this pad got a glitch?

Inconsistent ability to unlock ipad at the strary screen. Sometimes it does sometimes not getting very sick of it freezing and not being able to do anything,bought this just yesterday! the site has all the info for eligibility and available items for purchase -- I think you can type in your school to see if on list of approved schools. I think the ID checking is rather benign. discounts are modest from what I recall.

It's a trust issue. You can set them up so you don't receive each other's messages as long as you each have your own email address.
The trust issue is the fact that either of you can change the separation at any time via Settings by checking the appropriate (inappropriate?) email address.
To be absolutely sure you can never receive each other's messages will require two Apple IDs.

To resolve your issue with Facetime freezing when you end a call, I would try the first three steps in the article below.

You can create an iTune and App Store account without credit card details
1. Sign out of current Apple ID if you are sign-in to one (important)
2. Go to App Store and select a free app
3. Tap INSTALL APP
4. Create New Apple ID
5. Confirm Your Country
6. Agree with Terms and Conditions
7. Fill in your Apple ID and Password (you must create a new Apple ID; don't use your old Apple ID)
8. Create and answer your secret question
9. Select NONE for Payment Method
10. Fill in Billing Address
11. Submit application for new Apple ID
12. Wait for verification email
13. When email arrive, verify your account
14. Start downloading your free apps

Yes, get a 4TB max HD, 6TB drives are both new and have known issues, ...in fact so do most all 4TB drives.

Large external hard drives are great! Large external hard drives are horrible
It is a common premise that people are overjoyed at the dropping prices per terabyte on external hard drives, and the first thing that enters most peoples minds is "great, I can put all my stuff on one drive,... all of it!" However considerations need to be made in creating a giant single choke point for not mere data loss, but seriously large data loss. If there is at the very least yet another redundant copy, this is fine, otherwise do not consider it whatsoever. Some 3TB and 4TB drives of all mfg. have, at the time of this writing, reliability concerns currently and best recommendation is staying at 2TB drives or less.

Carphone warehouse does not sell unlocked phones. The phones they sell will only activate with a UK carrier and will lock to the UK carrier used to activate it. You can not use that phone on an Irish network. Return it and buy an unlocked phone directly from Apple or one intended for use on the network you intend to us in Ireland.
