HT1766 Problem with Apple ID-password and Hotmail-password; always incorrect? what to do, who to call?

I seem to either "forget" my passwords or they is someone or something hacking my account in my iphone and changing my password on my Icould and Hotmail.
Its super annoying... I wouldl ike to call someone so they can tell me what to do or what to change.
Anyone has encountered the same problem??

Create a more secure password using special characters like @% in your passwords for one. Second after creating your passwords right them down and store them in a safe place. Also when you are signing in make sure your spelling the username correctly and also add the capitals for passwords as they are case sensative.

We've just now upgraded from Leopard to Snow Leopard and are having a problem with Apple ProRes 4444 and alpha channels in Motion 4. A clip with an alpha which keyed perfectly before the upgrade, now will not key. If I convert the clip to the Animation codec, it keys perfectly. If I export the Motion project as a ProRes 4444 self contained movie, it will key when brought into FCP 7 but if I import the project into FCP 7, it will show the key in the viewer but not the canvas. Has anyone seen this or have any suggestions on how to correct this? Is it a bug?

Is there a problem with Apple on iTune and Appstore?

It doesn't seem iTune and Appstore loading properly from my Macbook Air and Pro (both are on 10.9.2).

The issue was somehow the connection between my wireless ADSL router and apple app store, itune. For example, the app store could be loaded but some apps missing pictures (similar to iTunes loaded) on my macbook air,pro and windows laptop. When I tried to download those apps with missing pictures (not fully loaded), said "unknown errors". All other internect connects seemed running as usual. That was why I thought it might be problems with Apple's server side etc.
I restarted the router and then problems resolved. App store and iTune runs as normal...wondering if Apple would have monitored any abnormal connections from end user and then blocks those?

Problem with Apple ID password access

After resetting apple ID password successfully, I am still unable to access to upgrade apps. I keep getting the incorrect apple id password. I don't know who to ask. Help please

I have tried everything you suggest and still doesn't work. Is there a phone Number I can call? I tried the Internet support but it says I have to have an account; I have one for my Mac computer but not for my iPhone. It is very frustrating.

Problems with Apple Wireless Mouse and Keyboard

Last week my keyboard started repeating letters and not responding and the mouse started acting like an old mouse with a dirty trackball. I searched many message boards and got no help for my specific problem. I'm on a PowerPC G5 running OS 10.3.9.
Batteries are good. I have run both a hardware test and disk utility with no problems found. The problem seems to have shown up after an apple software update. Don't know if that could have caused some sort of system incompatibility problem.
Since both mouse and keyboard work with my powerbook, I don't know what else to do. I have re-paired both mouse and keyboard and had some problems with them showing up. I also have shut down the system, unpluged everything and started up again but nothing has worked.
If anyone has an answer I would be really greatful. Please help. thanks

No, I had not even thought of that. I just unplugged it and plugged it back in and the problem may be fixed!!!!!
Since the problem is intermittent, I'm not sure yet. The worst trouble I've been having has been in trying to drag things across the screen and I have just been able to do that with several windows.
Yeah!!! I think you may have done it. I will keep this thread open for a while but I think that was it. You my friend are a genius! I'm a bit embarassed to have not thought of that. I didn't even remember that that antenna existed.

Problem with Apple Universal Dock and Iphone 3G

Just bought the newest version of the Apple universal dock (revision C), so I can have one dock for my iphone and all my ipods.
It appears that even the newest version isn't 100% compatible with the iphone.
When the iphone is connected via the dock, you get no alert sounds such as for new email, text, etc..when the phone rings you DO get audio then.
Also, when you try and sync the iphone with itunes while connected, it won't sync. It just hangs and says "sync cannot be completed"....
Connecting the iphone directly via the cable to the computer solves all these issues.
They advertise this as compatible with iphone but obviously not so...

I've checked this:
-Aux (Dock-Connector) of the iPod has no damage, no problems playing music in the car!
-Same Problem now with iPhone. It gets charged and so, but if I want to listen to music it is very quiet, music is playing for half a second or so, after that stopped, than goes on playing for a second or so. Cracking sounds often while music is stopped.
So the Dock is broken, I guess.
Any possibility to restart/resert or so by my own or try to get it fixed by apple?

Still problems with Apple id and emails after move to iCloud

After move from MobileMe to iCloud, there are still problems with apple id's and emails.
I'm trying to delete a mail (email1) from one apple id, but nothing happens?
And when i'm trying to add a email (email2), that i Know isn't linked to another apple id, i get the message that it is already in use with another apple id?
It's a problem when you use these emails with facetime, imessage etc ...

My iPhone 5 and 4 both are having no trouble connecting to the Apple store, but my iPad (4th Gen) cannot either connect to Apple store, nor stream music using iTunes Radio. Keeps asking for my Apple ID and password. When I put it in, it says that I cannot connect. If I put it in wrong, it tells me its wrong. Tried changing my password on my desktop PC. The iPhones handled change and continued to connect, but iPad is unable to connect still.

settigns>itunes and app store to make sure you are signed in.. If you are, you will see your account name..... anyhow, click your account name, sign out and sign back in

When I turn on my iPod Touch 5th generation, half of the screen has vertical white lines and it is irresponsive to the touch... is there anyway this can be fixed because this is my third time in the last 4 months I have had problems with Apple.

The screen looks completely normal besides the vertical white lines on the right hand side of the screen, as the "slide to unlock" is lighting up and the time and date are changing, but the screen is unresponsive. After several problems with Apple in the last few months (and two defective iPods including this one and one iPhone), I really don't want to go through the whole process of bringing it in or getting a new one entirely. It would greatly help if someone knows a solution, even if that would require completely resetting the iPod to factory settings, as I have had is synced to iTunes before. Anyone else having problems with Apple Preview filled out forms and compatibility with Microsoft Windows after Lion?
I've had it happen recently with two different people, where the data I had entered on a fillable PDF form could not be seen by Microsoft Windows, but I saw my data just fine.
I don't know what version of Adobe Acrobat they were running.

You will get that first message when the document has been changed in a way that invalidates the internal digital signature that's applied when a document is Reader-enabled. You will also get the message if the users system time is not correct and is currently set to some time before the document was Reader-enabled. It seems best to use the most recent version of Acrobat to enabled the documents and recent versions of Reader to work with them.

It is a feature to discourage the theft of iPhones by making them useless if resold. It's not going anywhere. It's simple: just don't buy a phone until you make sure that the activation lock has been disabled.

I think its meant to show your name, not your ID.

No. Apple replaced the disk drive with a solid state drive (SSD) instead. The SSD is faster the old disk drive.

In the iPhoto preferences verify that yo have the correct print products country selected.
Do you have any firewire software such as Little Snitch?
