Plug your ipod into your pc, load up itunes, make sure update to "manual" is set in preferences in itunes. Select your music on your iPod (via iTunes) and just delete it...(press del). I save my iTunes library using PodUtil (http://www.kennettnet.co.uk/software/podutil.php) although there are many other 3rd party apps that do this.

1. Open "Finder", then navigate to "Movies" on the left side. Click on "iMovie Projects"
2. Move desired movies and clips to trash, or your flash drive.
*PS* Its dangerous to have a full hard drive, I would recommend either trashing, or transferring files to another computer. Trash applications you no longer use as well.

Create them in the Address Book application on your Mac. They will sync to iCloud

Not natively in the built in contacts app. There are apps that will let you create contacts groups ... MailShot and another that I know of is called Group Email with Attachments.

Buy a cheap keyboard for your Mini. I can't imagine you can get full use out of it without a keyboard. There are decent Bluetooth keyboards available for under $20. You didn't say which model of iPod Nano that you have, but generally there should be a lock setting, that can be turned on or off, to prevent accidental changes in settings. And, there is also a setting to turn on or off a feature called, "Shake to Shuffle." It allows you to change songs by just shaking the iPod.
