I want to transfer music from my old computer to my iphone, which I have made an authorized computer.

An iPhone can only be managed from one library. Transfer the music to the computer with that library or see Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device.

    Copy the music for the old iPod to his computer by:
    Recovering your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device: Apple Support Communities
    Then sync the new iPod to that computer.
