Thanks for the tip. I have tried this however, when I select the Sync music box, it wants to remove all of the music that is currently on my iphone. I do not want to do this. What happened to the old "select and drag" option? That was so much easier! I would like to add new music without removing the music that is currently on the iphone. -
I want to transfer new content from iTunes to my iPhone without losing what is already on the phone. On the old iTunes I could drag and drop only the items I wanted on the phone. On this new version, all I can figure out to do is sync, which is going to remove the songs that are already on the phone. There has to be another way.
The film would have to be in itunes on your computer.
You would sync it like you do everything else.

Certain songs wont transfer from my itunes to my iphone, it's telling me that the computer is not authorized but once I go up to Store and authorize computer and enter in my info, it tells me that the computer is already authorized. So why am I not able to transfer certain songs from my itunes to my iphone?

hey i bought this second hand phone from a friend and this phone is locked by a korean carrier KT free tel, its currently running on IOS 4.1.
so now i am thinking to use this phone on this IOS 4.1. but when i am downloading the apps from Itunes. it says a higher version of IOS is reqiuerd.

i have a canon hf10 and need to be able to transfer my video from my camera to my computer so I can burn them to dvd is there a step by step process? i'm new 2 the mac world. I have Vista (don't laugh) and my videos are transferred over when I plug in my phone. They don't open up in Winodws Picture Viewer though.
They are under my Photos, under the date created by the sync. Do a search I'm sure you'll find them. -

I am bot able to transfer my apps from phone to PC. I have tried transfer purchases as well.. But nothing is happening.. If I'll synchronise iphone to itunes then I'll loose all applications currently present in the phone.
Sign in to iTunes store with your Apple ID on the PC, and download your purchases there.

Cannot transfer rental movie from itunes to iphone
I rented an episode of Glee Season 1 and want to transfer it from itunes to my iphone. I have the iphone 3gs-16gb running OS 4.2.1 Itunes will not transfer it to my phone telling me "it did not transfer this episode because it cannot be played on this phone." I checked the Apple discussions and it tells me that I need to convert the rental in Itunes under the "Advanced" tab - "convert this to iphone version". In my itunes - this option is not available. The available options are in black. The unavailable options are in light gray. This is a light gray option. Any help or ideas?
This episode is HD. On other posts, people have mentioned an SD version of Glee but I cannot find any SD versions - only HDYou cannot convert a rented movie to another format, so that option is not possible. And HD episodes can be played only on an iPhone 4, not on the 3GS. To find the SD versions, go to the Glee Season 1 page:

and click on the Glee icon under "In Standard Definition". You should be able to rent the SD version there.
