I recently set up multiple accounts on my imac, When I was trying to figure out how to share the documents I must have done something wrong. When logged into the Admin account, I open up any document and I get a message box that says, "The Document could not be opened. The file isn't in the correct format. The file might be corrupted, truncated, or in an unexpected format." What did I do and how do I fix it?

Without knowing what you did it is impossible to give advice on how to correct it.
If these were files you copied over from some other system then just Re-Copy them replacing the ones that are corrupted.
Other then that I suggest you Wipe the drive and start over with a clean reinstall of the OS and programs. Then if you want to share files to All Accounts place those files in a folder in the ROOT of the drive.

In trying to send a iPhoto a box pops in with The email server didn’t recognize your username/password combination.
The only thing that has changed is the log in/ password for yahoo--which was recommend by yahoo.
My e-mail address from yahoo hasn't changed.... the mail function works.... Facebook works... and I have signed in with new password without problem. Ready to rip my hair out!. I have tried to do what the iPhoto/help has asked... to no avail. Can anyone out there help???

iPhoto Menu -> Preferences -> Accounts ->
Delete and recreate your email settings.
Alternatively, use Apple's Mail for the job. It has Templates too - and more of them.

If the above doesn’t do the trick entirely, then use the instructions in the following as it applies to the version of Windows you are using:
HT1925: Removing and Reinstalling iTunes for Windows XP
HT1923: Removing and reinstalling iTunes for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8
You may be required to boot into safe mode to complete the folder deletion process.

You will need to restore the device. You will also need to put the device in Recovery Mode.

i Tried to update my 3Gs with the new IOS 5 and now it has the plug into itunes sign. I have spent the better part of three days on this. Yesterday I took it to the Apple store and they looked at it and tried to DFU (hold the lock button for 5 seconds, then press the home button along with the lock button for 10 seconds, THEN, let off the lock button continuing til the 'connect to itunes' symbol.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

You should have been sycning them with your computer all along. Sync them from your computer back to the iphone.

What was the exact error message you received? When you removed and re-installed iTunes, did you use the precise instructions in this Apple support document to walk you through the process?
