Question: will the apples store prompt my pad or phone when a subscription is about to be renewed?

I don't have any auto-renewing subscriptions but there are some posts on here from people saying that they've received reminders - whether that happens for all subscriptions I'm not sure, but it may not be best to rely on them (e.g. if they go into your spam folder instead of the inbox then you may not see them until they've renewed).

    If the Computor you are on has iTunes library go to tunes as if u were going to buy a song or film and you can log into your account. At the bottom of the iTunes home page you should see the user that is logged on usually a email address. Click on it to log them out and enter your own apple I'd and password. You can then update whatever you want and log back out after

    You need to cancel the present CC (in case of repurchase the cancellation fee can be waived off) & repurchase the plan that you want.
    Please let me know if you would like to go for cancellation of the present CC via personal messaging.

    What part of your money do you hope to get back?  It is surely unlikely that you'll get a return on any part used months, and as far as I know, you can only pay a month at a time.  Did you agree to a full year subscription to get the reduced rate? 
    I saw some stuff on the TV news last night, about some people going to live on Mars - for ever!  If you are intending to breach your contract with Adobe, you better try and sign up PDQ, and hope...    if you are lucky....  that Adobe does not have an interplanetary legal department!

    I've checked your account, but don't see any order history under the email address you use here in the forums. Is it possible that you used a different email address or purchased ExportPDF as in in-app purchase from the Reader mobile app? (For the latter, you would need to contact the App store from which you purchased the subscription--Adobe doesn't handle those purchases/refunds.)
    If you think you signed up using a different email address, let us know (don't include your email address in the post--just let us know that you used a different one, and I'll send you a private message to get the details).
