I want to delete payment information, not change it. I don't want a credit card on file. How can I do this?

If you owe any money, you cannot simply remove your CC details.
You need to add a valid credit card.

You have to owe it because there was a purchase. That's how sales work.
Whether you actually owe it, depends on if you made the purchase or not.

If you did not make a purchase that shows up, report it.

My membership has been canceled due to my will. But you are still trying to charge me. How can I delete my payment information so there will be no such thing?

Adobe does not store billing details for security reasons. You can also remove the billing details from your accpount in Adobe.com.

You need a payment method. If you don't have a credit card, then redeem an iTunes gift card. You'll then get the "None" option.

HT1918 How to delete payment method on iTunes?

It seems that iTunes doesn't let you delete all of your information, which irritates the crap out of me because someone got into my phone and I was charged for purchases I did not make.

In the iTunes store click "Account" under Quick Links at the top right. Next to payment information click "Edit" and then under select a payment method click "None".

I followed instructions on how to disable the payment information on the Apple sitte. However, i never saw the Edit that enables me to select the None option.

If you have a current iCloud ID that is a newer version of the old ID (and not an entirely new ID), go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone and delete the old account. Then go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was.

If you mean the 'charge' when updating your card's details on your account then that is only temporary, your card issuer should remove it after a few days or so. It's applied to check that the card details are correct and valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account.

If you want to remove your card's details then if you are doing it on your iPad try tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and select 'View Apple ID' on the popup - that should give you a payments link on your account's page. Or on your computer's iTunes you should be able to edit your payment info by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should also be a payment link.

I'm looking for information and pricing on possibly upgrading the processor from the PowerPC to Intel.
While anything is possible if you had enough money... NOPE, you can't change the CPUs to Intel, nor can you get any faster PPC upgrades for it. It'd be far cheaper to buy a new IntelMac than to replace everything inside the G5, and I mean just about everything, then figure out how to machine the case & such to mount Intel Logic Board, Graphic Card & such.

You should be able to update your payment info as described on the page that you posted from e.g. by logging into your account via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes. If that isn't working, then are you getting any error messages, and what are you trying to change your payment method to e.g. debit or credit card ?
If it's a debit card then I don't think that they are still accepted as a valid payment method - they are not listed on this page and there have been a number of posts recently about them being declined
If it's a credit card then is it registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, it was issued by a bank in your country and you are currently in that country ? If it is and if it's being declined then you could check with the card issuer to see if it's them that are declining it, and if not then try contacting iTunes support and see if they know why it's being declined : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management

You may want to try changing the country associated to your Apple ID from your iOS device. I have an article for you here that I believe will help you change the country for your signed in Apple ID:

Specifically, this is the section of the article you will want to pay attention to:
Change your iTunes Store country
Sign in to the account for the iTunes Store region you'd like to use. Tap Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Apple ID: > View Apple ID > Country/Region.
Follow the onscreen process to change your region, agree to the terms and conditions for the region if necessary, and then change your billing information.
