I can't get anymore apps because it says 'there was a problem with the previous purchase' then it tells me to put my password in to view my billing information and I can't change the credit card to "none"
If there was a problem with iTunes taking the money for your last purchase then you won't get the 'none' option, nor will you be able to download anything else until what you owe has been paid. Have you got a different credit card that you could try instead, or are iTunes gift cards available in your country so that you could redeem one onto your account and pay what iTunes thinks that you owe ?

HELP FOR SOME MAIL app PROBLEMS IN MAVERICKS!
As many of you, I was having great difficulty opening Apple's Mail app in Mavericks. The type of problem I was having is this:
When trying to open Mail for the first time in Mavericks, I would get the message that the database needed to be upgraded; the process would start, but Mail would become unresponsive. The progress bar stopped in the middle and only a forced quit could close the application.
I noticed the following:
The actual files and folders in User/Library/Mail/V2, remained unchanged from the time before my attempt to open Mail, and for me no other changes were made.
I took the opportunity to move a copy of the V2 Folder to my Desktop for safekeeping. Trying to open Mail without this folder just caused the app to ask me to designate my accounts anew, which I had no intention of doing.
I then tried adding back items into the empty V2 folder. Adding back all of the mail accounts and mailboxes except for the Mail Data folder had no effect, except that a new Mail Data folder was created, and the Mail app still asked me to designate my accounts anew.
I then added back the first half of my old Mail Data folder contents and allowed the copy process to overwrite the files in the newMail Data folder; there was still a problem.
Finally, I took the remaining files and one folder from my old Mail Data folder and added that to the new Mail Data folder. When I was asked to relpace matching folders and files I did that and whatever was left untouched by the file copy, I let stay there.
The Yellow taged files were the first half I transferred back.
As long as you have a protected copy of your Mail folder, you can try variations of the above. This is what worked for me, and I hope it is helpful to some or all of you.Finally I've figured out what happened for not syncing anymore what I did on the Mail.app mailbox of my Professional Exchange account.
So, the problem was the MailTags plugin: http://www.indev.ca/MailTags.html
I don't know if it was after the Trial Period that went rogue, or this has happen since the install, but when I've uninstalled it, it worked just fine.

I'm assuming you have Photo Stream set up of both devices. However, it seems many users are experiencing the same as you - my take is that streaming photos is not foolproof yet.

Apples Back to my Mac isn't really suitable for this - it is designed for a single person who wants their Apple ID on the system. It would mean she would have to share hers with you & you would also have to setup her Apple ID on your Mac - it is messy & causes trouble with iCloud, iTunes etc.
You can try Messages if she is able to begin a session with you, see the 'invite to share screen' in the menus, weirdly you need to use a service that isn't from Apple.

It may be better if you to setup LogMeIn or GoToMyPC. They should 'dial out' & maintain a constant connection so you can login whenever the Mac is powered up. It won't, require a human to initiate the process at the other end, just be aware that the router may cause issues depending on what is configured, you may need settings to enable automatic port forwarding - it really depend on which option you choose. -
Can anyone help me with an iWeb problem? I cannot save the site after making changes. I receive this error: "website.sites2 could not be saved"
You could try duplicating the Domain.sites2 file and launch this in iWeb. Delete the last page you edited and try saving. If that doesn't work, undo and try deleting another and so on...
If you can find the problem page you would only have to rebuild it rather than the whole site.
The other possibility is to create a new site on the same domain file and drag each page in turn down to it from the top site and try to save each time. -

Hi for the life of me I cant resolve this.
I have a ms-6378 ver.3 board with 1.1g AMD
i could not install windows 2000 on a Seagate 73Gig 68 pin SCSI Drive ultra wid. after giveing up i added a IDE HD and install win2k SP2 and added the SCSI card all still worked ok
but as soon as i added the hardrive it locks up and it will
not compleat the load of win2k and tried a smoler drive 18Gig 68 pin SCSI Drive. but it will not load windows 2000. i am stumpt. ;(It sounds like an IRQ conflict. Make sure you diable the primary and secondary channels for the IDE ports to free up the IRQ resources for the SCSI drives. If you are using a separate SCSI controller, make sure it is in the proper PCI slot and does not share IRQ's with other cards.

Could you help me with an app situation? We purchased several codes for Splashtop to install on our iPad 2's. It was working great but now that we upgraded the OS they have disappeared. The codes that we purchased are giving us an error that they have already been used. So far it has only been 2 iPads.
Any solutions?The compiler is highlighting the areas you got wrong, although the error messages are somewhat confusing.
Error 1: NSLog is a function and needs to be called as such, see e.g. the circleArea call on the line above. Functions are called using the function-name with its arguments in paratheses e.g. foo(12, 13).
Error 2: looks like a typo, defining a function is done as function-name(... <arguments> ...) { ... <body> ...}. In your code there is a ";" between the arguments and the body that should not be there, you probably copy pasted it from the forward declaration at the top of the source codde file. -

Normally we post the payment to account 501020 (Advances Received from Operating Activities), we generate output VAT by clicking on u201CSimulate Taxu201D. Then we simulate the document and four lines are automatically generated (please see the attached scan of such document posted recently):

However when we tried to post it today it is not possible and an error message u201CTax clearing account 405033 may not have open item managementu201D appears u2013 please see the scanned printscreen. This did not happen in the past.

You execute the t/code FS00 for G/l 405033 and go the control tab select tick in open item mgt under act mgt in co.code.

If i change the WEIGHT_ULTRABOLD to WEIGHT_BOLD, it works, the text is drawn with BOLD style.
I wonder what is wrong ? I really want the BOLD to be 'bolder', thicker ^.^

The API for TextAttribute describes WEIGHT_ULTRAWEIGHT as
specifying "The heaviest predefined weight", but as you point out
you get plain rather than bold.
This bug (http://bugs.sun.com/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=4920831)
describes the problem:
"Fonts can be created using TextAttributes in a Map. Unlike the standard
Font constructor, which just uses a boolean 'bold' bit in the style mask,
the Map can provide a range of values for WEIGHT. In JDK 1.4.2 and 1.5,
only the weight coresponding to WEIGHT_BOLD creates a bold font-- the
rest are plain. At a minimum, all values for TextAttribute.WEIGHT that are
greater than the value for WEIGHT_BOLD should also create a bold font.
"Furthermore, different weights should (to a point) result in fonts that
appear to be of different weights, even if there are no corresponding
underlying fonts. Fonts of increasing weight should display with a
corresponding increase in boldness.
"Changes in weight should not necessarily cause a change in advance.
Synthesized weight changes should impact advance minimally, if at all."
The evaluation claims that "WEIGHT >= WEIGHT_BOLD will cause a
Bold font", but I don't see it (compiled and ran basically your code
with 1.5.0_04). -

The strange thing is the procedure gets the ic:ICSText with the namespace value, which is http://www.courts.state.mn.us/CourtXML/2.0.0, so the finaly result is

OK, I did another test. I ran the same PL/SQL anonymous block that gets the correct element value in 10.2.0.3.0 and it gets the same wrong value: the element name plus the namespace value and the data itself. It gets the correct element value in 10.2.0.1.0 (my local database).
Could anyone help me with this?

Yes, Restore. That is your only option. It will erase all of your data, but you can back it up on your computer before and once it's done restoring, resore it from a backup and everything will be just how it was. Just without restrictions. Just dont tell her...

I did research the situation that you are having. It seems like this could be a bug either with the phone or the app itself. The next step would be to do a master reset. This will restore your phone to it's original default settings. I would advise to back up your contacts and media.
Here are the steps for the master reset:
From the main screen, press Menu.
Scroll to Settings&Tools, press OK
Scroll to Phone Settings, press OK
Scroll to Security, press OK
Enter LockCode???? displays,
enter the 4 digit lock code ( default: last 4 digits of phone number ).
Scroll to Restore Phone, press OK
Press Yes to warning message: Permanently erases all user data. Resets phone settings to factory default. This phone will need to be re-programmed.
Phone will power off and back on.
Once you take this measure, I am certain that this will resolve your issue. I hope this helps. Thanks.
