I'm not entirely sure what you are referring to, there isn't a user manual section in the iPad's Settings app. If you want an iPad then you can either download it from here : http://support.apple.com/manuals/ipad/
Or if you download the iBooks app then there should be a copy in the ibookstore in it

The same is happening for me. Today I decided to reboot my PC because it was acting up a bit, go figure, and then for some reason at the same time the PC was restarting my macbook froze. I had to do a reboot with the restart button but then all that came up was a gray background and in the middle of the screen was a darker gray folder with a white question mark in the middle of it, blinking. I can't imagine why the restart would've affected my macbook. After finding information on how to fix this, I tried all of the steps that were given about using the mac OS X disk to use the first aid utility to fix it. When using the Disk Utility option whenever I select my hardrive and am in the First Aid tab, the only button I can use is the Verify Disk Permissions. The other three buttons, and namely the most important Repair Disk button, is/are not selectable (grayed out). I then tried resetting the PRAM the way they also said with the command + option + P + R and waited for the second startup sound. After that I gave the Disk Utility a second try, but still nothing. And now if I try to just reinstall the OS completely I can't even select a destination volume on the third step (Select Destination). Apparently this means i'm SOL.

Connect your phone to computer, and sync like this. Check the boxes for the playlists, artists, albums you want to sync. Then click Apply. If you have enough space on your phone, you can choose Entire music library.

That is either a bug in Firefox 5 or the script has a problem with Firefox 5.<br />
It works in all other Firefox versions like Firefox 3 and 4 and 6 (Aurora) and 7 (Nightly).

How can I get the 'recent pages' feature back in the navigation toolbar Firefox 4.x?

I use Firefox 3.6.17, Dutch version. At home i've updated to firefox 4. But I miss in this version one of the nicest features (i think): In the navigation toolbar on the left side (in version 3.x), you can browse back and forward and also there is a small arrow that shows the pages that you have visited (I don’t know the name in English, but in Dutch it is called recente pagina’s, literally translated recent pages). In version 4.x this little arrow has disappeared.
How can I get it back in version 4.x?

Click-hold the unified Back / Forward button, or right-click it to get the Back / Forward history for that tab.

How can I get the user's PC IP address

Does anybody have an example of how to get the IP address with the client PC machine from an Oracle Forms 10g based application. I have seen threads referring to usage of webutil and others but I have not seen an actual complete examle. Is there such a thing. Is there a document somewhere I can access. Thanks a lot in advance for any help,

He's leaving next week. In all fairness he has helped us a lot in our conversion form 3.0 to 10g project.
On another note, I tried to apply webutil_db package to an 8i database and found that it will not compile because as the documentation clearly states the ideal database for webutil usage is 9.0.1 or higher.
Specifically the compilation fails because it requires package UTL_ENCODE. We are currently upgrading to 10g and will not be fully converted until approximately 6 months from now.
Then, my questions are:
Is it possible to create this package (UTL_ENCODE) in 8i?
Do I create a dummy package in our 8i databases and hope no one notices.
Do I go with a one off on webutil where I extract only the functionality for today - Getting IP address?
Any thoughts,

HT1918 how can i get the first device i put in out and the second one to stay in without time restrictions?

So I've been having an apple account before I got my first and only iphone. But I plugged in my friend's device first into my account and the account read it as the owner device of the ID. Two days later, I plugged in my device and read it as a second device in the accound and therefore, my device is just "borrowing" the ID and it set a time limit to use it. But it needs to be the other way around. The first device is not mine and I want it out, and I want the second device in as the owner of the apple account.
What do I do?
I've already removed the first device,but it still has a time restriction on the second device. THE SECOND DEVICE IS MY DEVICE AND ITS MY ACCOUNT!

There is no such thing as "borrowing" the account. You can use your account from ANY device/computer that has itunes.
You seem to completely misunderstand the way it works.
There is no time limit. You are confucing your account with associated devices:
iTunes Store: Associating a device or computer to your Apple ID
If you want to buy music from your iphone, simply go to Settings and sign into your account.
The musci your friend bought using your account belongs to you and it is not legal from your friend to use.

Whether the user name is sent with each subsequent request depends on the browser and type of authentication. Same as the value of the CGI variable REMOTE_USER.

For example, if user SALES1 creates a purchase order(100),in wich table/field is stored this information?(that tells me that user SALES1 has created purchase order 100).

If you look in the table of the documents there is a field called "UserSign". This user sign then matches with a column "usersign" in OUSR. In ousr it has the user names and all the other details for all the users.

But it seems that the classes in standard edition of JDK does not provide facilities to get the information such as the memory allocation and CPU time of a running thread. How can I do with it? I would not have installed the new firefox if I had known in advance that two of my essential add-ons would no longer work. Now I want the old firefox version back so I can continue to function until the add-ons are updated. Suggestion: when you notify user that add-ons are incompatible, give the option of reverting to an earlier firefox version.

Firefox now always stores the old session, and you can access it by going to the History menu and selecting "Restore Previous Session"
If you want Firefox to display the message to save the session, it can be turned back on by changing some preferences.
