I need help buying money on madden 25 with my gift card I just bought!

You have to buy in app purchase within the app itself. The application have a settings option. In app purchases is usually in there.

    I don't believe that you can purchase additional storage with gift cards. Additional storage will be an annual subscription, Apple will need to know how you are going to pay next year and every year after that.

    You might just have to contact Apple and ask them to remove it (losing it). Usually people clear a balance by buying one song and having the exact remainder charged  to their credit card, but if you don't have a US credit card you cannot do that.
