I had a credit card on file and no longer have the card so it is deactivated and itunes wont allow me to change my payment options to none until i receive my new card and can use it . Please help!!

HT1918 How do I change country if I have a positive balance in my gift card?

HI. I have an Apple account set up with a gift card when I was in the US. It has a low positive balance which I canot buy anyting with. I am now working in Asia and wish to change the country of my Apple account. However, it would not allow me to since I have a positive balance in my account. However, there is nothing I can buy with the balance amount left in my gift card. Can anyone help me resolve this bottleneck?

By not accepting it you mean ... e.g. do you get any error messages ?
Is thes card registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, it was issued by a bank in your country and you are currently in that country ? If it is and if it's being declined then you could check with the card issuer to see if it's them that are declining it, otherwise you could try contacting iTunes support and see if they know why it's not being accepted : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management

Netflix cancelled my subscription for non payment. Itunes took the money from my credit card but itunes did not pay netflix. I am being ignored through apple support and have no netflix. I would sign up with netfix without the apple store but they took $

Update.... After a 24 hour e-mail delay, itunes cancelled my subscription with netflix and refunded my money. Itunes also asked me to resubscribe to netfix through them. I called Netfix and had my subsription started again in less than 2 minutes not using itunes. It was so nice being able to talk to someone on the phone with instant satisfaction. Sorry itunes, with today's technology there is no excuse for e-mail delays.

HT1918 how do you change payment info when there is a pendent payment and you have a new card issued in a new country and the system will not let you do it?

Can any one help me, I want to change my credit card info. The system will not let me do it, as I have an open purchase and credit cards from one country A and need to change it to creditcard from country B and the system does not allow for it. Any suggestion?

Have you created the account? If yes, the following procedures cant be applied. You have to open a new account for this to work!
In your PC:
1.Open iTunes and navigate to App Store!
2. Sign-out of Apple ID.
3. Upon seeing a free app, you'll notice that a button named FREE is displayed beneath so when you click it, it downloads automatically.
4. Click it, now a dialog box opens up asking you to provice your Apple login details, in that box you'll notice the option named CREATE AN ACCOUNT, click it and create a new ID.
5. On the payment page, there will be an optin named NONE, select it and complete the registration.
Its done.
